I made a take out delivery today and my sandwich was missing from the order and part of the food from my other meal. When I went back the manager on duty (I didn’t get a name but he had gauges) was extremely rude when I told him I was missing items and started telling me which one of his employees packed the order. Which was the same one that handed me the order I let him know that yeah I knew that. Finally after about the 3rd time of him telling me his employee packed it I told him it doesn’t change the fact I’m missing half my order he then turned around to find the other half of my order in someone else’s to go bag. I was extremely disappointed In the service here. The manager here defiantly needs some training or to be spoken with because why would I have wasted my time to go back if I wasn’t missing my order

The service at this Madeline is atrocious. The young lady we ordered from couldn't comprehend 2 single shot espressos and 2 double shot espressos. She kept asking us if we ordered 1 of the 2. I had to end up talking down to her. This same lady, instead of making coffee's she take 4 or 5 orders before going to the coffee station. Our food arrives, my kids eat their food and STILL NO COFFEE. Multiple tables were empty and dirty. No sign of a manager anywhere. There's enough staff here just managed poorly. Don't recommend this Madeline location.

Awesome spot, food was decent. I ordered a French toast breakfast and wanted to include some fruit. It included eggs and a side of bacon or sausage but they never asked my preference. When my meal arrived, the bacon was seemingly undercooked and I never received my fruit even though I paid extra for it. When I did ask, they gave a small container of only blueberries. Also please inform your servers to speak louder, thank you.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FRENCH DIP SANDWICH? La Madeleine has new menus and they removed the best sandwich they had - the French dip. I had been looking forward to it all day, since I really thought they made the best French dip I have ever eaten. To my dismay I discovered it was no longer in the menu. Instead they have a new prime rib sandwich. I tried it and can only say it’s mid at best. I may go by for coffee in the future, but no more sandwiches until they bring the French dip back. Please tell corporate that customers love the French dip! Five stars with the French dip, three stars without.
Fast casual French-inspired brunch with good ambience and seating. Great sandwiches and pastries at a reasonable price point compared to similar establishments. Our go-tos are the croquet madame/monsieur and the napoleon. We also enjoy the salad options with the sandwiches.

Perfect place to catch Brunch. Good food and pastries are decent. Just dont go around 12 or go earlier if possible. It gets flooded with Highschoolers around that time but they are usually well behaved. Just busy busy.

Great food- we all had diff items and all good. Svc good. Easy to converse, not loud. Chairs NOT comfortable. Def not conducive to a long lunch. Seems intentional- only cushioned seats were 2 booths by counterxand had 1 student in one and 2 in another.
