Breakfast was good specially the croissant. But I ordered a NUTELLA crepe and it had just a random chocolate sirup on top NOT Nutella and in the inside a weird white cream again not Nutella how is supposed to be. Don’t listed it as a Nutella crepe if you are not gonna use Nutella.

Out of coffee for 15 min.

Worst service ever, we came for a coffe 20 minutes ago and still the coffe is not ready, Valeria la manager very aggressive and not willing to make some coffe, the cake it’s old and dry

The quality of the food has gone down tremendously! I always order the French Dip and the Coconut Cream Cake but was very disappointed. The Au' Jus was just flavored water and the roast beef lacked flavor and was truly just microwaved or bain-marie. The coconut cream cake was dry. Doesn't seem like there's a manager onsite to ensure the food quality is good or to stay on top of the staff; which were too busy standing around laughing and talking. Not sure if we'll be back...such a shame because the coconut cream cake was one of my favorite desserts.

Shady part on not giving me the receipt to take survey, she reprinted and gave me another receipt. Not the first time this has happened and I'm under the impression there is a suspiciously taking surveys for the benefit of restaurant and staff.....disappointed

I ordered a Chicken Cordon blue pasta and a Salmon Cranberry Salad, everything was good till I saw what it looked like a hair in my plate! It was like a half a plate already eaten, so I went to tell the cashier lady and she told me if I wanted a pastry in return, so.. Wtf !!! Because she said I almost finished my plate, really!!! The manager comes and told me that it wasn’t a hair because he touched it and it broke!..
But,of course it will break when you touch the hair that has been already baked in the oven with the cheese.. they just didn’t wanted to admit that was really a hair. I wasn’t expecting all my plate to be replaced but the fact that they were so mean and after touching the hair wanted just to give me a pastry was ridiculous.
Well at the end they gave me a new plate with half of the portion on the main plate, which is fine but I’m not coming back to this location because of the service and management.

The food was delicious & fresh. It was our first time there but I feel like the customer service can definitely improve. We were confused by the service setup but after 10 minutes eventually figured it out. As a former pastry chef ??‍?,
I noticed the place was well cleaned, kept, and most pastries seemed to be made in house. I'm impressed, not so bad and quite affordable for French cuisine & specialty foods ??
