I placed an order for pick up and the lady (if I can call her that) was very rude. She became frustrated when I asked her more than once about the menu. When I picked up my order, she was rude again Because I accidentally pushed the wrong button number. She grabbed my card from me and said, “are you going to listen to what I am saying?“ yikes. What a B. She should change profession.

It was ok, service was mediocre and cashier never once helped her staff, knowing that they were extremely busy, especially when she wasn't busy, poor waiter kept coming out with dishes and forgetting who the food belonged to.

Service was absolutely terrible. Our orders were wrong....had to ask for chips and salsa....just poor all around.The food was terrible. Too salty, the beef fajitas were marinated in soy sauce with a sweet sauce....more Asian than Mexican....and tough.Did I mention way too salty?!?!With so many restaurants available in El Paso....if the food is bad AND the service is bad, no doubt I won't go here again. ?

The owner is a horrible person. Treats her staff bad and charged us for random things on bill. Won’t be returning there to bad because the staff and the food is great but the ways she does her staff and clients dirty is a no go for me.
