Definitely a cute location, the AC is on spot for these hot days. I had an elote it was almost perfect, I feel like it needed a bit os salt. My sista had the dorinachos those were puuurrrrrrfect yummmmy. I will definitely be going back to try other items.

I had one of the WORST experiences at this place. The worker a Mexican lady with yellow hair was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I ordered an agua fresca and a mangoneada. She only handed me the mangoneada and the other employee left the drink sitting on the table. Naturally, I grabbed both and left. When I realized the drink was the wrong flavor, I went back to let them know. Instead of helping me, she accused me of taking the “wrong drink,” humiliated me in front of everyone there, and acted like it was somehow MY fault.
When I tried to give the drink back, she refused to take it and rudely told me I would be charged for it. I ended up leaving with both drinks, worried she might pull my card info and charge me again. This was an honest mistake that could’ve been handled politely, but instead I was treated like garbage. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, I will never come back here again.

First and foremost this place was not IT! Don’t waist your money. I had a craving for elote and we came by. First and foremost the cashier was very rude. She had a face like she doesn’t want to be there. My husband and I got aguas frescas. The ice was melted the waters tasted really bad. Then i accidentally dropped the water i apologize and offered to clean they did not care they looked At me and just left it. I kept telling them it was running from where the Valentina is to the machines. Then on top of that if it’s to go you will be charged. So then the elote tasted so bland and nasty I asked for limes. She stated there was lime I told her doesnt taste like it if I can please have more. She stated they charge PER SLICE. I walked out not a good place at all save your money!!

I totally understand inflation, COVID affecting price increase etc! BUT, damn the prices for value here no way. NOT again. Paletas de hielo simple flavor like limon almost $4. Ice cream on a tiny cup $4.50 one tiny scoop and two tiny scoops $6.50. I mean tiny scoop my friends! Go to Baskin Robbins better! It's El Paso TX and it's NOT like oh we have to bring ingredients etc from China! Juarez is right next door and being neighbors with Cd Juarez, should make the value at least better for your racked up prices! Oh no? Lol. Yeah didn't buy. And the guy serving seemed bothered for me asking about prices etc. I have 3 grand children, so every penny counts.
