And then I asked a banana split they asked me what Ice cream flavor I asked all vanilla without no Pecans and they ended up giving it to me nd asked for a change and they refused not change it. The lady’s are also so rude. If y’all don’t like ur job then don't work there.

Everything is very good but the service is terrible at first I thought they had a bad day but no the ladies are always angry I always arrive saying hello and I say thank you and they never answer you they are very bloody and rude on my part I will not go again and if you They want to go buy their food and be greeted out of loss, this place is not the right one.
The service here is horrible. Be sure to ask "what does it have?" For everything because they do tell you if you want everything on dorinachos, hot dog, tostielote but they failed to ask me that on the nachos. I thought it was just cheese and jalapeños like they normally come at any place you get regular nachos. They ended up coming with beans as well and I never got asked if I wanted that on my nachos. The young guy at the counter wanted to change them for me but the older lady didn't let him. She was so rude and said that all nachos come with beans and jalapeños. NOWHERE in the menu does it say that and the young guy NEVER asked me if I wanted beans and jalapeños on them. She said she wouldn't exchange them and would need to pay for new ones. Why do I need to pay for your failure to inform me? Why only ask me if I wanted "everything" on the other items but not with my nachos? This place has horrible customer service. They don't even smile and don't seem happy to be working there either. Beware.
