You would think since theyre charging almost 7 dollars for a drink they could at least get some good lids for the cups they serve the aguas in but nope, cups leaking everywhere leaving a sticky mess. Go somewhere else overpriced and agua frescas not really that good anyway for the price they charging .

There was no problem with the service, the ladies are great! However, when I went 08/09/24, it was late at night 9:00, we were dining in and when I bought a paleta, I asked if the lady could save it for me on the side for now till I leave so it doesn’t melt. When we left at 10, I completely forgot, and it was my fault that I forgot. I came back the next day to ask if by any chance I can get the paleta I forgot yesterday, a nice young lady went to tell the manager and the manager said even with the receipt they can’t prove that they gave it to us. I don’t blame them, I understand it was my fault I forgot, but the manager didn’t put any effort to help us,didn’t even show their face.A lady offered to pay out of her pocket for us to get the paleta, but we politely declined because we understand she works for her money.

Good taste of snow

The place is very crowded. But I definitely loved the yogurt popsicle with fruit that I grabbed! How crowded it is so long if they take so long to help you oh serve you

I saw the sign that said “no ice: $1.25”. This just made me not comfortable, how do you charge $1.25 for no ice, some people have problems with their teeth and they’re sensitive to extreme cold/ice. To charge extra is already taking advantage of people! Unfair, hope they fix this, noticed they have very low reviews and don’t even take the time to make up for it! Don’t know who manages it or the owner but it’s unprofessional not to take care of their customers

Horrible service, our order took more than 45 minutes. Other clients came in were taken care of with their orders and ours was done in pauses apparently, meaning there's 3 employees that I could see and they would take other orders and then work on my order again, then another customer would come in, they would complete that order and then continue with mine while asking over and over what I had ordered and still messed up my order. I just payed for my items and left, never coming back here again, this was my most frustrating experience in any food establishment.

Overall the place does offer a lot of items but the service is horrible and the prices are extreme. You will walk out with 2 items and pay almost 20 dollars!! A single horchata runs around 5 dollars and they’ll charge you more if you don’t want ice.

Quick and easy

I went to order an elote chorreado and a corn on the cup. We told her one with Valentina the other plain. She repeated the order and we she assumed the paid attention with the order. Well she did not: the elote chorreado Had Valentina when i specifically told her no. And the she gave me a whole corn. Not a corn on the cup. Too busy chatting away with the other workers. First time here and the last.
