This place is ok but it would be better if they marked the prices so you don't have to be asking. Seems like they charge you whatever they feel like. They also are often missing menu items in stock.

The lady who took my order was so rude to me. Rushing me because she had other customers in the drive thru. And then they didn't have change for $100.00. Rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to split my order half cash and half card. I love their products but with service like that who would want to come back.

I have an issue with this place no putting price on their items like, it's like making you feel obligated to pay after you order because the employees took their time to make your food. The other day I paid $7 for some Papas Locas I was like what the fak, I believe the items are way overpriced. Maybe if I would have seen the price ahead of time I would have been like I'll make my own Papas Locas.I don't know maybe I'm so used to paying J-Town prices and when you try to support their business over here too but I kind of feels they're taking advantage of you

DON'T GO!! The prices were terribly high or perhaps they overcharged us, the attitude of the ladies is terrible, things ARE NOT PREPARED WELL! It is better to go somewhere else, TERRIBLE I will not spend my money in this place again

The shop is clean, and their staff offers attentive customer service. They accept cards and cash. My favs are their "gansito" flavor ice cream, their Gorditas con nata, and their chocolate-dipped paletas.

The customer service is great but I got a Tostito preparado and it comes with very little Tostitos and no salsa Valentina just a lot of cabbage and small pig skin. The Tostito preparado is 10$ so it is definitely a rip off to come here ?
