The wait time is ridiculous on the weekends. I think they should have more employees and train the new employees better.
Horrible customer service!!! The ladies completely ignore you when you walk in through the door. They looked at us and turned around! I asked them if they can take my order and they turn to look at me and then IGNORED ME!!! Are they serious? The ladies looked like they just woke up and got out of bed and decided to show up to work! The aguas frescas were watered down and they looked like they had been sitting there. There was “old ice creams stored in the paletas freezer, the facility was not clean and the bathrooms were filthy! Will not be returning and I do not recommend this place based on the horrible attitude from the staff!
Avoid they just replied and it seems they don’t care about checking that their products are “high quality”..
Led by young adults/teenagers. Polite but very disorganized. And the food tastes old. Everything overpriced. Not coming back. Definitely not for families. Music super loud. Would have been nice to know but no no manager in sight. So your reply doesn’t mean anything. Also, you don’t even acknowledge or try to help customers so that means you don’t care about customer experience or facts. And no your products might be high quality when they first stock it. But definitely they were old products from a week ago because all the milk products tasted sour.

Misleading prices… on screen it shows a price then cashier charges you more and tells you their prices have changed.
Everything is good but they take a long time to serve, the girls are very slow, my corn was cold, the maruchan water was cold, they have everything very good but the service is too slow

We went here a couple of times and found it to be more of a collegiate scene and hangout - great snack palace for the UTEP crowd.
Nestled in a small strip mall, it shares a parking lot with a T-Mobile and other stores.
They have a mix of snacks. Helote, preparadas, ice cream, shakes, and paletas - among other things.
On the two occasions we stopped by we enjoyed their selection of paletas and a fruit licuado.
My kids thought it was good. Noah tried their water melon with chamoy paleta on both days.
Not too shabby...place for paletas and more near UTEP.
Parking: Some parking spaces in front of the shop
Kid-friendliness: Maybe keep the kids home after dinner.

First visit while in town. The menu is extensive and on a TV screen that changes and so for first timers it was tough to navigate. We were able to push through and ordered 3 Popsicles (coconut, vanilla dipped in sprinkles and watermelon) and a Fruita Tamarindo. It was all good, but definitely coming back to try the Mexican corn and ice creams.

Ordered a mango smoothie, paid over $8.00 and I honestly don't know what was wrong with milk or yogurt but it tasted like a vanilla smoothie. It tasted nothing like mango 🥭.
Was very, very disappointing 😞.
