The cake was beautiful just how i wanted it (presentation) but it was a little dry, not big problem.... BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFULL!!! Super rude, the young lady was very rude the day i came to Place and order and once again the day when i picked up the cake .... 👎🏻

I called to inquire on cake pricing and the lady who answered hung up the phone because I did not speak Spanish. I continued to call and she refused to answer. Horrible way to do business. I’m just trying to buy a cake but clearly not from her establishment. Not my fault I don’t speak Spanish but she didn’t even try to help. I understand a lot of El Paso population speaks Spanish but I would never hang up on a customer because of a language barrier. Sad to have this experience because I know their cakes are good:(

The pan dulce is delicious! I love the strawberry and apple empanadas. We also tried the tres leches cake and it was really good! The tamales are also good. Next time I will try the burritos.

Bought a tres leches cake on 12/05 for my mother’s birthday. I asked the sales rep when the cake was made and she said the morning of that day. The day after buying the cake my mom and sister told me that the milk tasted spoiled. Before buying the cake, I was indecisive whether to buy a cake due to the reviews listed on here about the food having mold.

Super bad service, they suggest making cakes but not to the customer's taste. Ugh and they are called pastry shops. They do not have the cake book or silhouette visible to the customer. Better to look for other options.
