I don't know if they changed cooks, but the last three times we have gone, the food has been very bland. The gorditas needed salt and the tamales as well did not have any taste. We have been going there for more than 40 years and the food was always very good. Hopefully they can fix it so we can buy our tamales for the holidays like we do every year.

First & last time I eat at this restaurant. There is no sign “Order at the Counter”. We were confused. Nobody came to the table to let us know. My mom had to get up & ask a lady walking out from the back. The tables were sticky. The restroom was sticky. Food comes out on disposable plates. I didn’t even know if to leave a tip or not. My daughter works at an “Order at the counter” place & she still earns her tips. These cashiers/servers were just not motivated. The food wasn’t bad but I won’t go back.

Not a restaurant, fast food service. Place your order at the counter sit and wait for your room temperature food to come to you. No tortillas with the meal, no chips, will charge you for refills on drinks and you get charged if you pay with a credit card. Very disappointed.
