I love the vegan nacho cheese and the gorditas with mushroom chorizo! :)
I had the nachos with chorizo mushroom and omg it was the best. The faux nacho cheese was delicious! As a vegetarian in El Paso, we were long overdue for something fun and eclectic such as Lick it Up! Customer service was a little weak, I was not greeted and had to figure out I had to place an order online. I still left a tip though, perhaps it was just an off day for them.
