Public needs to know Lillie's Bakery No longer has the original owners and the history is no longer valid for the establishment since about 3 yrs ago and the bread not as good all around to say the least. It's smaller, dryer, definitely the taste is not there since my family had gone there for many years. The photos below is supposed to be a swirled cinnamon roll... I give you $100⁰⁰ if you see swirls sections, the cinnamon, and the raisins!!!

Our co-worker brought in a nice assortment of baked goods and pastries from Lillie's yesterday. Everything was delicious, especially the pineapple empanadas which were full of filling. Definitely will be recommending to others!

The customer service here is absolutely awful. The main girl at the entrance kept blaming me, saying it was my fault for not bringing the receipt, even though I showed her a clear picture of it (front and back) with my name and all the details. She gave me so much attitude, talked back to me, and acted like I was the problem. I stayed polite the entire time, even saying “thank you” as I left, but she almost threw the cake at me! If I hadn’t caught it, it would’ve hit the floor. To make things worse, she argued that cakes don’t come with a box, which makes no sense. This place is unprofessional, rude, and should honestly be shut down. I will never come here again, and I warn others to be aware of how they treat customers!

On two instances the employees have demonstrated disrespect, inability to take criticism, and general rudeness. We had gone her to get cakes and it was fine but until they screwed up a cake so bad it looked nothing like the reference and in turned “banned” a customer was disappointed and wanted at least a refund. Another time my aunt was personally attacked after telling an associate she didn’t need to be rude. It’s ridiculous the lack of professionalism this establishment has a cake can’t always be perfect but as a business you take on that risk and liability when a customer is justifiably unhappy.
