Ever since the past owner Pacheco left, this bakery is not the same. Bread is not the same quality, always hard and from past days and very bad customer service from the front line staff.

Where do I begin.. the manager/ owner is very rude . Tells me âyou need to acknowledge your mistakes tooâ yeah the mistake of trusting you guys with my sonâs birthday cake. We specifically told them that we just wanted the cake to MATCH the cake toppers that we left with them, make it look pretty but they decided to go with their own design when they didnât even have their own decorations to go with it in the first place. They were able to switch out the colors but then to cake cutting.. 3 of my guests found hair IN the cake and I called the store this morning and all he said is âit doesnât make sense the cake is cooks at 450 degreesâ then offers me 25% refund when more than half my cake wasnât used because we had 3 people let us know there was hair in the cake. It literally ruined my sonâs birthday party and he only wants to refund 25%?
Every bakery in El Paso used to make pan blanco like this. Lillie's is the only one left that makes it this way. The very best in El Paso!!
