Hole in the wall place with authentic eats. Good beer selection and homey German decor. Great schnitzel and pretzels! From scratch salads and dishes.

Felt like we walked into a German Maw and Paw restaurant. Food was delicious and the Heffevizen beer was like drinking bread...so.smooth and tasty.

The atmosphere is nice with German decorations throughout the restaurant. The service was very good because our server was not only attentive but also friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.I have been here many times over the years because the schnitzel was the best I've ever had stateside. I was disappointed this time as it was not as good. My guests were not pleased with their selections either. I will give it another try though, as all cooks deserve to have an "off" night occasionally.

Had the Cordon Bleu with fried German Potatoes. Food was very delicious and the service was great. Was a little pricey for 1 person with a meal and a drink but I can look past that. Will return again.

We enjoyed the fresh and hot food. Though the food was taken out, the servicer/cashier was very pleasant. It is worth going back to sit and enjoy.

As someone with German heritage living in the high desert of the southwest, this place is a bit of home. The beers are authentic and the schnitzel yummy. This place is 245 miles from my current home but if I was closer I’d be a regular!

Food was amazing, the schnitzel was surprisingly juicy, the potato pancakes were divine, and the black forest is cake was something special. The beer coupled with the Germanic themed restaurant allowed us to forget we were in the Borderland with each sip. Chris, the waiter, provided "first-class" customer service throughout our experience, thank you! So, between the food and the beer, your bill will skyrocket very quickly, but it's still worth the visit.
