They Gave me and my friend a pizza that was made with expired products! I hope management is aware of this because that could get someone really sick! First bite we took and we threw the whole pizza away because that pizza was literally rotten!

I completely understand that El Paso is a border town. And I have no issues with people speaking Spanish. I speak a little Spanish, but my issue is when you have an American company who hires people and they work at the register and they don't speak a lick of English. I damn near had to get a translator just to order a pepperoni pizza. This is unacceptable.

In short:- forgets order 10 min after payment- provides a cold pizza cut with the center on the crust- taking cash and eating cake with bare hands while touching foodI walked in and ordered a pizza. I ask the cashier to please make sure my pizza is well done/crispy (I wanted a fresh pizza). She says it’ll take 10 min. I then confirm with her that I’d like it well done and I get a “yeah yeah yeah”. She takes my cash with her bare hands and I leave to wait in my car.Walk in after 10 min, realize most of the staff is in pyjamas and playing around.Walk up to the counter and see the cashier in the packing station eating cake with one hand, the hand that also just took my cash, packing pizzas. After slobbering all over her fingers and touching cash, she s packing pizzas. Beautiful.She greets me at the counter, the exact same cashier I ordered from, with: “Hey what can we get for you?”I tell her I placed an order 10 min ago, she starts naming out random names to figure out my order. Whereas she didn’t even take down my name for the order. This woman forgot my face and order after 10 min. Great IQ, bright future.I tell her my exact order and her colleague grabs me one from the fridge. A pizza, that I kid you not, is cut off center. Imagine the center of the pizza next to the crust. With a slice of pizza just being crust hahaha. Exactly what I was avoiding. A cold pizza.Anyway great experience, great employees, great at geometry, cleanliness was on point, whoever got their order before me hope you enjoyed some random employees saliva all over your pizza. Props to whoever is running the place and making decisions. Your staff deserves a gold star.Will definitely visit if I need slobber over my za

WOW needed a microscope to find sauce on pizza, cheese on cheese pizza was burnt....added our own cheese to eat it. Didn't bother returning just threw the rest out. First time ordering here and last time. To bad. Hopefully Domino's is better.

The entire crew is as slow as a snail. They all looked high as a kite. Not only that, but aren't very attentive to their customers. Orders being placed through the pizza portal are non existent so basically I had to wait 40 minutes for 2 pizzas that should have been done when I arrived at the time my pizza was supposed to come out. Never again will I go to this location!

I always order online and learned to go to the place and let them know, not sure if the orders don’t show up or they just don’t check that often but the times I don’t tell them I’ve had to wait a long time. From my experience customer service depends on who’s working but usually it’s good or great.

If I could leave no star I would, the pizzas were super hard and burnt, then I waisted my gas to come all the way back here so they could make more and replace them but they came out burnt again and like stones. I’m never coming here again.

WORST SERVICE EVER FROM STAFF AND MANAGER CHRISTIAN, TODAY WE ORDER A SIMPLE ORDER OF 6 REGULAR PIZZAS FROM THIS LOCATION WE HAD A EVENT AT UTEP AND OUR STAFF WERE WAITING FOR THAT FOOD TO BE AT THE GAME BECAUSE WE ARE WORKING THEY NEVER SEND OUR ORDER AND THEY DON'T HAVE A RECORD OF IT EVEN WITH THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER, I CALLED THE RESTAURANT BECAUSE THE DELIVERY LADY TOLD ME THAT THEY BRING THEM BACK TO RESTAURANT THAT WE CAN SEND SOMEONE TO PICK THEM UP THERE I CALLED JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE ABLE TO DO THAT AND DON'T SEND SOMEONE WITHOUT KNOWING IF THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE THEM TO US AS A REPLACEMENT OF THE ORDER THAT THEY LOST AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN'T GIVE US "FREE PIZZAS" WHEN WE PAY FOR THEM WITH AHEAD OF TIME, OUR EMPLOYEE WAS THERE TALKING TO THE MANAGER AND SHE PUT ME ON THE LINE I TALKED TO THIS RUDE GUY NAMED CHRISTIAN I JUST WANNED TO SEE WHAT SOLUTION CAN THEY GIVE ME HE JUST TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO ORDER AGAIN AND PAY WHEN WE ALREDY DID HE DIDN'T PUT ATTENTION TO WHAT WAS NEEDED I ASK THEM IF THEY CAN PLEASE TRY TO FIND THAT ORDER AND HE TOLD ME THAT THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE I HAVE TO GET WITH THE DELIVERY LADY, I WAS JUST ASKING TO FIND THE ORDER NO FREE PIZZAS NO FREE NOTHING THAT'S WHY WE PAID FOR IT, THIS GUY NEEDS TO HAVE MORE EMPATHY WITH CLIENTS HE MAKE US LOST TIME, MONEY AND HAVE A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.THANK YOU.

Every time I go get pizza at this place I order 3 of the Extra Most Bestest and every single time pizzas are shy on pepperoni and tomato sauce. I really don’t see a difference between the extra most bestest and the classic. Considering not buying from this place anymore!

Not hot—and ready are actually ready. They try to push the narrative of the extra pepperoni pizza which is $7.49 plus tax. The other one is $6.49. I decided to wait as they told me it will take 7 minutes. After about 15 minutes other customer came back to complain about the pizza. In fact the pizzas are dry, cold and paper thin. They have no flavor at all. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes for a cold- tasteless and dry pizza. Reading the other comments it seems they always try to not have the actual hot and ready available to push the sales for the $1 more expensive which turns out to be as low quality as the hot and ready.

At this location, the worker lied to us and told us that they didn't have the 5 or 6 dollar hot n ready pizzas, but only had the thin crust extra pepperoni deal for a dollar more after getting home realizing we had just been lied to. We in fact did not receive the thin crust but 3 of the hot n ready. Not cool on his part.
