Want give shout out to the crew working yesterday night shift specially Benjamin. He had great customer service. It was busy and was professional with everybody. I had stopped going because the customer service was terrible. Even the pizza wasn't great. To my surprise pizza was real good. Even my family loved it and was surprised.

One guy working a busy shift by himself food was amazing wait time was short and there was a lot of people ordering on a busy weds night. Good job to that guy! Boss needs to schedule better one man show is how people end up quitting ?

They made our online order of pizzas incorrectly, no apology upon notifying them of their error and when we called, the “manager” said she couldn’t refund the food without the original, physical receipt, and that all that they could do was remake them. 1. We have dietary restrictions and asked that our food be uncut and made with beef; instead, they added pepperoni, Italian sausage and bacon to our pizza and cut them all (giving you the opportunity to mess it up a second time was out of the question). 2. If an order was placed online and no receipt is given at pickup, how exactly are we supposed to provide a physical receipt, as requested? Furthermore, the manager lied about being the manager and lied about the policy. It is just Little Caesars, but please, eat elsewhere.

Received two “hot n readys” brought them home to feed them to my kids opened the second box and one piece was half eaten!! We called and asked to speak with the manager to let her know what happened and she called us liars wouldn’t even apologize for what happened told us that couldn’t happen at her store and wouldn’t give us her name either very horrible customer service, none at all. I would recommend starting clear of this place!!

People go to lil Caesars because they don’t have time and need something on the go. Not because it’s the greatest pizza. So when you go and have to wait the same amount of time it does to go to Peter Piper it defeats the purpose of the “hot and ready”.

Legit gave me two pizzas from the back of the store, which later over the phone the manager said was fine because "they were on the top of the stove"... when I got home the second pizza had a piece that was half eaten, no one had opened the box since I got home with it. I called the store, the manager said there's no way their employees did that as they were too busy(nice gaslit, wasn't that busy). Accused me of making it up to scam back 7$. On further inspection the pizza belonged to a order that must've been called in or done online, in fast food usually a cancelled order is thrown away or is free for all by the employee... based off management here it was definitely not a bored employee eating off a cancelled order, I made this all up and a liar so I can work for a hour or two for the equilivant of minimum wage from 5 years ago.Recommend Sun City pizza, Speedys, or even great value from wal mart over this place, you'll likely get food poisoning and then be gas lit that it's your fault.

I ordered a pizza online, pretzel crust with cheese sauce. However, when I got home, and opened my pizza I was beyond disappointed. Not only did they forget my cheese sauce, the crust was regular crust but they put the pretzel seasoning as if they intended to hide it or cover it up. I called the day after to see what they could do for me, considering it was late when I got the pizza the day before. And they told me they couldn't help me considering I didn't call the day of. Literally everybody who works at this specific location works as if they hate their lives and/or they're operating with only two working brain cells. I will never come here again, pos location.

Manager Joe refused to give me a refund for wings I did not receive due to them NOT having buffalo sauce.--My husband purchased an order of wings and two pizzas online. I went to pick up the food and while I was waiting the male employee asked me if I wanted BBQ or plain wings because they ran out of buffalo sauce. Knowing my son, whom the wings were purchased for, would not want any other flavor, I said, "Neither, I'll just get a refund." The male employee said he couldn't do that because he would have to refund the whole amount....to make this short for whoever reads this....all I have to say is that the male employee, who did not have very good communication or customer service skills was the manager. He refused to refund me the $8.50 I paid for wings. He continued to say that he could only refund me the whole amount of the bill. I explained to him that I wanted the pizzas I already paid for, I just wanted to get refunded for the wings I was NOT receiving. When he refused to refund me, I suggested he give me credit on a Little Caesar's gift card (there was a stack of them on the register), he once again said he couldn't do that either!!! That's when I asked to speak to the manager and I couldn't believe it when he said that he was the manager!!! Horrible customer service skills because I was the one trying to find a solution to this situation. Manager Joe needs better training on how to provide solutions to paying customers who are very patient with his lack of leadership and management skills!!!!! I left without wings and without getting refunded!!!!!!
