Little Caesars Pizza

The food is good but I had placed an order at 11:01 AM to pick it up at 12:15. I arrived early and was asked what I wanted to order but I mentioned I ordered earlier on the app and said the name the order was under. The guy just went back to whatever he was doing so I waited. I had expected maybe since I told him I was here earlier they would give it to me early in which they didn't, but that is fine as I can understand that a little bit. So then I waited. The estimated time wait was 12:15-12:20 I ended up waiting till 12:30 for them to get me 2 boxes of crazy puffs the pepperoni ones in which you really wouldn't think would take so long for them to make. Maybe if they would have it ready a bit early or if I showed up early I could get the food but instead others got their food first even when I arrived before anyone. And after reading other reviews it seems I'm not the only person who had this issue.

Did Little Caesars change the recipe I used to love hot and fresh pizza now it's so dry I don't like it I don't like the new white box and the dry Pizza the last five times the pizza has been dry I usually go once or twice a week they prepago One More Time and there's dry Pizza I'm not going back

We called to make an order ahead of time. Got there 20min later and they didnt even start making the food, it was only two orders of crazy puffs. The girl working night shift lacked customer service and simply mumbled every word she said and acted clueless. We tried to get her attention once again to make sure they were making two orders of the crazy puffs, we opened the door many times to set off the bell and even called out to get a attention and still couldnt get her attention

I’m not a fan of LC pizza but this has to be the best one of tried, manager attended us extremely. Looks like he has a solid team with a very positive atmosphere

I had a terrible experience with the pizza! It was super thin, half-cooked, and sloppy. This is my third time visiting this place, and it’s always the same thing. This place really needs to be monitored closely so they can see the unacceptable food they are serving.

It is incredible that employees at this location are working without ac, store is super hot, employees are even sweating, employees commented last week was 99 inside the building, and right now is 92!

The pizza was so delicious. My family and I really enjoyed it. The crust, sauce and cheese was as they say, on point! Yummy 😋

I came to the wrong place to pick up my order, but this guy definitely helped me out and got it out super quick as I did not have time to go to my previous place of order. He was super polite and efficient. Pizzas were even delicious and made super quick employees like him needed recognition. Whoever is reading this you better keep this guy because good service like this does not exist anymore. !
