this place sucks! either they make you wait 10 minutes for a "hot and ready" or they will give you a old pizza that's been sitting there for a while. What kind of service is that? never coming back to this place again the whole crew sucks!

Two days ago I went to our local location on John Hayes. I go there at 2:45PM and at about 2:55PM, after waiting in line for 10 minutes with only three people other than me, I finally got to order. I paid by credit card and even gave the lady a $10 tip in cash and told her I would be outside in the my vehicle. She said she would bring my order out to me. After waiting over half an hour, I went back in and asked where my order was? She said let me check then after 10 more minutes I was told they gave it to the wrong person and that they would make mine again. I waited an additional 15 minutes to get my order. They labeled it correct but gave me 1 pizza correct and the second. one was something i did not order. She said "it is all correct now". I tried to call the corporate number and all I do is sit on hold. I tried to call the location and they don't answer. This place sucks for service and thew pizza was cold too. The sausage was horrible and I tossed the wrong. pizza. I even sent a cont act me to the corporate office and I have not gotten a reply to that either. Horrible, discombobulated, disorganized and need I say anymore?

I didn't take any photos, but we ordered the following: 1 Cheese Pizza, 1 Pepperoni, 1 Deep Dish Supreme, Breadsticks, and a soda. Everything was really good and super hot. Customer Service at the drive-through was pleasant, and we went through it quickly. Hate that the prices have gone up, but I think that's everywhere.

This place consistently has my online orders ready before the time suggested on their app. The people who work there are quick and efficient and most of all polite; even when there’s a line they get it moving fast. The location is right on the corner and it’s easy to get in and out with my order.Parking: On the corner of a lot, plentiful, but a bit dark at night due to lack of overhead lighting.

I did like little Cesar’s because of their hot’n ray pizzas.Now they take twice as long as other low price pizza places when ordering online.Now you even have to pay for ranch sauce when ordering wings and the sizes of wings and crazy bread are actually for little kids.

Lorenzo was very rude! Charged me for pizzas I did not even ask for. Or even offer to fix my order. Apparently now days “my bad,” is an apology. Don’t think I’ll ever go back to this one or recommend EVER.
The food is awesome !! Some of the cashiers are very rude but not all !! The atmosphere is very depressing i rather go thru the drive thru????

Price went up and quality went down, the bread feels like its not cooked right and its not cut right, could not take a single slice out without ripping other slices

very kind workers! I have just gotten off work, and they were about 20 mins from closing, they were trying to do their cleaning and closing but were extremely kind to make me my food! awesome 2nd shift team you have there! thank you guys!

Went yesterday 4/1/2023 walked in and no one acknowledged me standing at the register for a good five minutes someone finally came to help me I ordered a pretzel pizza two dips and a cheesy bread the girl informed me that they didn't have any cheesy bread ready so I said ok that's fine I'll wait she said it would be about 5 to 6 minutes I waited for a while and someone else walked in they too waited a good 4 or 5 minutes before someone came to the front to take their order finally when I got my pizza I was in a hurry to get home because the traffic gets really bad where I live they are doing a lot of construction anyway I'm mid drive home and I took for granted that they put the dips in the pizza box or something they didn't and I wasn't going to go back for two dips they didn't give me napkins and didn't ask if I wanted crushed red pepper or parmesan or anything paid 19$ and very unhappy with the experience won't be going back for a while unless they change their ways

Shame on the employees who work there got there at 10:13pm and not even one pizza was ready!! Why cause they want to leave early. Yall are just paycheck collectors. HIRE PPL THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!
