The place was empty. I was the only customer there. The 2 employees behind the counter ignored me and continued to talk amongst themselves as I stood there waiting to place an order. I walked out, drove to a different location, and got my pizza within 5 minutes of waking into the store.

The Lady working there need a immigrations check because she refuses to speak English to me when I tried to order my food her name is Nadia E. I’m a American citizen trying to order food and was mistreated I asked what pizzas she had available for purchase already cooked and she offered a up sale of the three meats and nothing else but when I asked her did she have any thing else she started saying she doesn’t speak English and there’s no one here that do speak English a young lady behind me offered to translate in Spanish and she sold me a old dry out Pizza she which was supposed to be extra pepperoni and extra cheese, freshly just cooked, but was not very Poor service this is not cool its ok to be A foreigner learn just learn the language. If you’re gonna live in America, you’re not in Mexico you just close by you work with all types of people in a fast food restaurant

Very disappointed very unprofessional manager .this ladies were not help cashier and manger. They never placed my order had me and my son waiting over 30 . Manger said she forgot. They said do you still want or leave. Very rude manager. Never got there name went to another location to make the complaint pluse . This ladies had the store dirty. Manager very rude. This picture tell you everything she walks away thinking that I will not do anything and plus gave me a fake number. To talk to Distric manager. I will never go back I don’t wish bad but I believe in warning letter.not good place even a lady said they are here to help us not use to help them. So mad.?

I had trying calling in advance since they opened to place my order, but they didnt answer the phone for a whole hour. I got there asked to speak to manager due to this situation and was told I'm not the only person trying to get food. That next time I should just order online for delivery or show up instead of trying to call. Than I was told I have to wait half an hour for my order if I wanted it or go somewhere else where the food is easier to make or already cooked.Manager has time to talk to friends coming in and selling ice pops but doesn't have time to answer the phone posted by the franchise? What type of managers you guys hire?
