The manger there, I believe her name is Berenice- I don't know if she gave me the right name but it's the big fat lady. She's the rudest person ever, made we wait over 20 minutes and when I went in to check on my order she just ignored for like 10 minutes and then proceeded to try to give me an old pizza from the warmer. She seriously needs to get retrained in customer service

The food is not the best for what you pay for but that is partly due to inflation and not the Little Caesars Franchise. I do like their pizza, it is made quickly and warm, my only complaint would be the price as it used to be $5. I will note that some people complain about their pizza not being cut up evenly, and I do agree as my pizza was cut into uneven slices. But it is still pizza none the less and it is unreasonable to be picky about how a pizza is cut. I believe pizza is pizza and it is all good regardless the size of the slice. The staff at this particular restaurant was very kind and provided good service. I will without a doubt I will be returning for some late night pizza in the near futureParking: Small parking lot but there will always be parking

The lady juts saw me on the front and I was try to open the door she didn’t even mind to ask me or open the door for me by the way it was already 10:10 and they supposed to open at 10 terrible

Two days ago I went to our local location on John Hayes. I go there at 2:45PM and at about 2:55PM, after waiting in line for 10 minutes with only three people other than me, I finally got to order. I paid by credit card and even gave the lady a $10 tip in cash and told her I would be outside in the my vehicle. She said she would bring my order out to me. After waiting over half an hour, I went back in and asked where my order was? She said let me check then after 10 more minutes I was told they gave it to the wrong person and that they would make mine again. I waited an additional 15 minutes to get my order. They labeled it correct but gave me 1 pizza correct and the second. one was something i did not order. She said "it is all correct now". I tried to call the corporate number and all I do is sit on hold. I tried to call the location and they don't answer. This place sucks for service and thew pizza was cold too. The sausage was horrible and I tossed the wrong. pizza. I even sent a cont act me to the corporate office and I have not gotten a reply to that either. Horrible, discombobulated, disorganized and need I say anymore?

Placed my order on the app... tried to get the exclusive pineapple Pepsi ?... was able to order 4. When I arrived, they just told me to grab 4 drinks from the unstocked refrigerator. When I first arrived I was ignored for a bit then even I was helped, the person being the counter wasn't exactly rude.... but acted like I was interrupting their day. We got 2 thin and crispy pizzas ? those are always good. The Italian cheese bread was great too.
