Little Caesars Pizza

Young lady was very rude. Asked about specials and she said to look them up. When I told her I didn’t have the app she said well that’s the only way I’m going to know about the specials, was very rude and didn’t help me one bit. Around noon 1/11. Horrible service

When they make you wait 30 minutes for a pizza and you get home and this is what you get. Very unprofessional work even when they have a whole high school working back there.

This is the slowest little caesars in the north east. You can order ahead and some how still wait 30 minutes when you get there for your order. So much for hot and ready. Plus when you get the pizza you think youll get a HOT pizza right? No. Its warm but not hot and cold by the the time you get home.

Had to wait 15 minutes past the later pickup time and they gave me a regular crust instead of pretzel. Went back in and they told me it was the correct pizza and refused to remake it

The food is as good expect from any other Little Caesars.

I didn't know what the problem is, but ordering anything other than a straight hot and ready or crazy bread is a chore. We cannot get a correct order back for the last month.

Taking orders on the app was terrible, then it was spot on for a while, now it's back to being useless.

The front is stocked with sodas and an old overhang, and it's super hot in the lobby. Management needs to step up hard.

I went through the drive thru and I ordered 2 crazy breads. The guy asked if I wanted sauce I said yes only 1. He gave me a total of almost $11. I got to the window and I questioned if I had ordered the #4 which is 2 crazy breads and sauce for $8 it would be almost $3 cheaper? He said yes I told him to cancel the order and replace the order with the #4. He looked annoyed but why wouldn't he offer a better deal instead of just being there to collect a check? It's not the first time there's been an issue at this location. I avoid going to this location but since it's close to my house I did go. Even my 10 year old daughter was confused with how this guy handled the situation.

Great customer service when I walked in. Cesar was Professional and Friendly! I ordered Crazy Puffs, the quality was excellent and Hot n Ready. Location was very clean!

First pizza wasn’t ready and pizza was cold and dry. So disappointing on my favorite pizza place, what happened to the fresh delicious pizza from a few years ago. It’s not the same

Food is great, but it is just ridiculous for a company like Little Ceaser's to not accept cash. I understand not accepting $100 bills on a small order. But not talking about $20 bill on a $12 order is just nonsense. I really hope it is just this location doing this. They post a sign that says "exact change or card only"

They has sale 3 meat pizza and the girl at the register was so overwhelmed she didn't offer it to I found out about it while I was waiting for my order which would have been better to have for the same amount of money I spent for a 1 topping pizza

Do better! I ordered online, order wasn’t ready, we were asked to pull up. After waiting a bit received an email that said our order was ready but no one brought it out, after a few minutes we went inside to grab it and was told 10 more minutes cause my puffs were given to someone else and the employee laughed. Not funny. :(

Never going here again, time and time again I've had horrible customer service and pizza come from this location. I had placed an order for a deep dish well in advance of 45 minutes so that way when I get there, I shouldn't have to wait and the pizza taste awful AGAIN. Low and behold when I get there, they tell me to park and wait (no surprise). Customers behind me get their orders while I still wait in my car. After a while, the woman comes out with my pizza and I could already tell she had an attitude, she given me the pizza and I said thank you and she didn't say anything. I had opened the box and it was made WRONG. It looked like it was half assed cuz it wasn't in the shape of a square and more of a circle. This place needs new management and new workers or just close the store down.
