The only reason I had an issue was the app, when I didn't know what happened in the app. I didn't even know if I filled the order for a special right, at the end I was in a rush, and had to pay more then expected. The guy in front didn't know what I was taking about (I didn't speak Spanish) he brought over someone else to talk to me. I don't know if she was the manager or what, but said she couldn't do anything since I paid online. Had to hurry and pay, but wanted to ask she really couldn't nothing. She walked away, tried getting her attention and another lady that was next to her say me trying to wave her down, but she didn't said anything. Only when I had to go.

Was really angry at the situation, didn't get any real help, I only paid more

Ordered online: 1. Fancy pepperoni 2. Pepperoni and mushroom stuffed crust 3.Breadsticks
First of all my #2 was missing mushrooms. Secondly, the crust was a tad bit undercooked and was very floppy. Also, nobody greets you when you walk in. Basically got my order from the portal and walked out.
They basically need to pay attention to people's online orders and not be in such a rush to get the order out and not have to deal with it anymore.

I'm done with this place. The pizza is now worse than the frozen pizza you get at a grocery store. The people that work there are rude, they make snarky comments when you speak to them in English. They get annoyed when you ask them what they have hot and ready. Time to grow TFU and move on from this chain.

I called at 10:23 no answer ., no answer no answer show up at 10:50 pm and two workers said it was closed.
Not only did they not answer phone but closed almost half hour early.
Girl didn’t even speak English. What a shame!!!!!!
No shame!!!

Hadn't been here for a long time.
Lazy cuttings uneven slices. Some were very big and others very small slices.
All toppings were in the middle. When trying to grab a slice, all toppings fell off.
They work the lazy way.
And no ranch for my wings.
Couldn't even enjoy my pizza with toppings.

I had a bad day, I'm asking for my order and it occurs to me to ask for the bathroom. He told me we lend because the people are very dirty and from then on I no longer know how to lend. He answers, you can ask him, it's an emergency. He never came back until after a while when the manager told you no. Why didn't you warn? Your pizza will take ten minutes. I leave and return in ten minutes and it is closed, everything is off, the lights were 10:20 and it was time to close, it doesn't close at 11 But there is no product and we turned everything off, yes, but I am missing my order. Well he gives me my order and we leave on the way, we realized that we are missing the soda and I turn back and my grandson comes down and tells him we are missing the soda. And instead of giving him the soda, the lady tells him to take it from the refrigerator. So they wanted to close early and finish so they could go. They closed 11 and 10 were already in bad shape. Our young ladies were 2 angry and had bad customer treatment. They don't work if they don't want to or train people to treat customers well. Of all the more one makes his complaint. It's okay, they don't have the time to apologize or at least call their workers' attention.
