Works don't acknowledge customers they will make you stand at the register and not say a word to you till they are ready. The least they could do is say we'll be right with you or something instead of just completely ignoring and acting like the customers isn't there

I eat from this location a few times a week and the customer service could use some help. Today my email said nothing about the food had been loaded into the food portal like it usually does with the code so I wanted in line. The guy kept making pizzas ignoring me in line so finally I spoke up and asked the guy for my pizza and he said rudely “you don’t know how to use the portal?” And I said the email said nothing about a portal sir! And then I asked if I could add brownies...

Was there last night to get a pepperoni pizza and it turned it good. Been going to this location more than the others since it’s closer to where I stay at. Overall wait time is more than what they estimate and rarely sometimes my pizza comes out less topping than what I said at the counter. The workers are chill and sometimes can be crowded.
