The guy dropped the tongs on the ground and used it to take the pizza out of the oven and then I told him no sauce with my crazy bread but he didn’t put butter or garlic on them he was going to give me the crazy bread dry management needs to train there employees

Ordered pizza and some crazy bread with their dipping sauce. Got home and saw the marinara sauce had growing mold. Mustve been at least a day or two for it to have a colony growing in there. Manager said they make the marinara batch everyday. 🤔 also, the sauce was warm, not cold and usually its cold. Improperly stored maybe? Its so sad because we buy here everyweek. Hope they retrain their staff on proper storage and management can keep a better eye.

I went in at 7:30 on 04/17 and got the wrong pizza, I did not know until I got home. I called and they said we can switch them out. The girl at the register spoke to us rudely when we explained we came to exchange our wrong order and in the middle of me responding NICELY she decided to turn away mid conversation. She had her hair in braids with blonde and brown streaks I couldn’t catch her name but she handed us the pizza with emphasis and attitude and didn’t say a word. She hates her job :) not only that I STILL GOT THE WRONG PIZZA. I was over it and just left.
