Waited 30 minutes for a pizza, says enough... Service is awful and they complain sometimes when you make an order. Literally just stopped by and got there first, placed my other and five people got there after me, guess who got there pizza first... Not me of course, everyone else but me and literally had to complain to the cashier. Hot and Ready more like hot and uhhhhhhhh.... Go elsewhere or order it so you can avoid a migraine

They never have Hot and Ready pizzas. They did before, been in this area 20 years. Nowadays you need to wait everytime for them to make your pizza. Mind you i come on Fridays or Saturdays. They know they are going to busy. Please Do better...

Horrible experience. These kids do not want to work. I came to order pizza and bread sticks and this boy had an attitude. This kid with curly red hair, and NO name tag he couldn’t even come to work prepared or professional. I had came back to get my pizza and I asked if I can add an additional of crazy puffs and he said “we don’t have them”. He had horrible attitude, and no respect. Most of all I don’t understand if they didn’t have any crazy puffs why they couldn’t just had make them. Horrible experience and very unprofessional.

I dont remember who was on staff tonight, Sep 28 but gosh dang those pizza and breadsticks were probably the best Ive had from LC. They deserve a raise, goodness.

Alan, please read: The Manager Vivian S. charged me three times for ONE pizza. I had to drive back to tell her it was showing multiple purchases on my account and she said that on her system it was voided. I had to call my bank and fill out forms to dispute the charges. Extremely inconvenient to have to drive back twice and still have to call my bank over ONE pizza. I hope the general manager Alan sees this review and gives Vivian some training on how to read and understand their purchasing system cause Vivian is clearly incompetent. She also never once apologized or offered anything for the inconveniences. As of this moment I’m still trying to get my money back because no one should be pay $20 plus for ONE little Caesars pizza. This happened June 5, 2025 at 8:43 p.m. The order # is 1054196

The management staff at the 965 Resler Dr, El Paso, TX 79912 location, couldn’t be better! I had placed an order through UberEats, but for some reason my online order didn’t add my free item to it. The General Manager “Alan” took the time to ensure I received the promotional item exactly as I’d ordered. 10/10 for dedication, and commitment. I look forward to using this location for years to come!

Went in to place an order and left without placing one. Tried to order through the app and it wouldn’t go through. Went in waited in line tried to order and then the guy starting helping others behind me and never put my order in. Was treated horribly for no reason at all! Have ordered through the app before and they never updated the process. So I had to go to see if my order was done. After tonight’s experience probably won’t be back to!!!!

Very rude staff, which is whatever, wasn't trying to let it mess up our day, but we got home and the whole center crust of the stuffed crust pizza was raw... Again, we were like whatever, no big deal, we'll just let them know and I'm sure they'll fix it right? Nope, the manager was so mean to my elderly mother over a ten dollar pizza that they messed up. He wants the receipt, and the woman earlier hadn't given us one.

Ordered hot n ready cheese pizza and crazy puffs. Waited for the food to be ready more than 15min, I thought this order was supposed to be ready. There were were a lot of people that order like me and they got their orders instantly, I want to guess is because I didn't leave any tip, which is pretty awkward to ask for tip in pick up orders

The girl who answered the phone this afternoon was horribly rude, and after I asked kindly for napkins with my door dash she made sure to add none after telling me they had no paper plates. Did not follow instructions on how to cut pizza even tho it’s an option on DoorDash. A reason never to come to this store again.
