I ordered delivery for the first time and I didn’t know that DoorDash was the delivery service until after I placed my order. This explained why a 15.00 order was now 26.00. Then the delivery driver passed my home which was on his route to a location further away to deliver before he drove all the way back to my home second. This was disappointing considering they give you a map of where your delivery driver is going when delivering your order. I was able to see him passing my home to the further location. I won’t order from here again. First let customers know DoorDash will handle the delivery before ordering and make sure the closest location gets the order first! Thank you for saving me future money I won’t spend on your business.

Trash customer service. I offered to buy 2 pizza boxes as I need them for a class and she said they can’t do that. I will not be buying from Little Caesar’s anymore. She was extremely rude

I ordered two Bestest pizzas on the cell phone application to save time since I was in a hurry and it took more than 40 minutes, I had to wait there and they just gave the pizzas that came out to someone who barely ordered until I asked them and they already gave them to me, terrible

Stopped by yesterday to pick up some pizzas and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Miguel. The customer service from this employee was EXCEPTIONAL!! One more thing, props to the manager, Emily, for taking the time to speak with me and allowing me to explain how a great employee she has on her hands. Keep up the GREAT service! ?

Went to this Little Caesars at 8 PM ordered too hot and ready and one Hawaiian pizza got home ready to eat dinner and to my surprise the pizza was burnt and they had giving me the wrong order called the manager Miguel Garcia explained to him what our situation. Had to drive back to the little Caesars, which is 15 minutes away from my house. When I got there, he was very rude and told me he was going to replace a pizza but one. He didn’t apologize and was basically laughing throughout our whole conversation. Will never be going back to that little Caesars. It seem to me like they gave us leftover pizza from the morning.

When I arrived to pick up the order I placed online, they told me it would be 7 minutes. It took over 30 minutes. When I got home and opened the boxes, I saw that they had gotten my order wrong.

This review is true. I still have a hard time believing what I saw.I arrived at the store and Miguel Garcia (manager) was laying horizontal on the concrete in front of the store . Doors propped open with 2 liter bottles. A female working with him sitting next to him. I arrived both of them got up and went inside. I received my pizza. Opened it and saw all the pepperoni burt like little cups. I asked Miguel if he would eat this pizza. He responded " that's how they all look."I then separated the pizza and showed him there was only sauce around the outside edge. He offered to make me another pizza.I declined and asked for a refund that took at least five minutes. On line order.I am amazed at what transpired.

I always order 3 meat treat no sausage replace it with ham and 3 liter Pepsi. Every time I go, I know something will go wrong with the order. It's elementary skills of listening. Either I'll get the the pizza with sausage or I won't get the Pepsi. I wish they would repeat the order back, knowing it was taken correctly, instead they tell me to pull up to the window to pay. One final note, why is the crazy bread and the sauce sold separately?
