If you want paper thin pizzas and sub par smashed “puffs” this is your place. 😑 Gonna stick to dominos right next door plus they always offer napkins, crushed red pepper and Parmesan. This little ceasars has gotten pretty cheap and they don’t off anything anymore .

Called my order in two hours in advance just to find out it was never placed. So I put in a new order when I arrived and waited. When they called my name they had my order wrong and stated the person who took my order put the order in wrong so they'd have to remake one of the pizzas .... Proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for the order to be corrected. Not even a sorry or here's a free beverage while you wait for the inconvenience..... Very disappointing... Terrible service, not a place I'll be visiting or ordering from again.

It's a hit or miss. At times, the pizza and breadsticks are delicious. Most times, they put too much sauce, pepperoni, and it's over cooked.

Never again. Messed up my order for the 4th time. Ordered the puffs and when they arrived, they forgot the sauce (which I paid extra for) and the puffs were barely that. It's like they couldn't care less and just threw it all together into more of a cracker, let it sit on the counter for a few hours then delivered it to me and my kids. Tried to call them 4 times to fix it. Never answered. Sat with the phone ringing each time until it just hung up. Called corporate and they said best they can do is 30% refund. My 4 year old son literally started crying because he was so excited for "pizza cups" then saw what came in the box.

They allowed a doordasher to steal our food and then they get an attitude with the customer and refused any services in regards to our refund. Plus, sounded like one of the workers were covering

I visit the store today to order the promotion of a “buy a 2 topic pizza and get a free Most Bestest Pepperoni pizza” order thru the app. So I did, and the app said that the coupon was “expired”. So, I tried addressing it with the lady manager; I explained to her that the coupon said it was expired but I wanted to ask if she could honor the offer since you have a sign out sign with the promotion, manager was really rude and said it was not her problem, I asked if she could honor it (again) since they have it promoted outside, and she said that she will not honor it since she does not control the app, I told her that it said it was expired and not glitching or gave me an error message, and she said “well, is not my problem” so I asked for her GM number to file a complaint because they are promoting a false advertisement due to she can not honor that promotion, so she when back, and gave me the customer service ph# and I asked her to give the GMs ph to address this issues, she declined and said to call customer service, I asked her for her name and she when to the back ignoring me. So, the cashier (Oscar P. Says in my ticket) asked if I wanted the two pizzas that I order and I told him that I only wanted the most bestest since they where not honoring the promotion, and he just ignored me and told me is going to be 8.11, so I gave him my card and paid he than put my card next to the box but he did not gave me my receipt and closed the window. I waited in the drive thru line for almost 10 mins (aside from the 30 mins I was already waiting) and he opens the window upset and asked what did I wanted, so I told him if he can give me my receipt, he said that he throw it away, so I asked him to look for it, and he was looking and said that he can not find it, so I asked him if he could print it and he gave me an angry look and started to speak on the microphone (I did not saw what he was saying) and he then gave me a receipt and hand it to me in a rude manner. I will like for you to take my comments seriously, is not about the pizza is about the customer service, starting from the manager. She was really rude and showing his employees how to act in this situations, I will like for you to understand my frustration because I lost almost 1hr dealing with your employees on a promotion that she could easy override it because of the inconvenience of falsely promoting something. I would like a reply to this feedback and do something about this issue because this has happened to me in the past and also, to other people whom I know that were treated the same way.

Avoid this location.

They have so many employees for what. I thought little cesars was all about speed and efficiency not underperforming and slowness.

Went in today to pick up pizza I ordered online . Ordered 3 , a slices , sausage & pretzel . All were super thin crust and the pretzel was regular bread with no salt . Pizzas did not look fresh at all and horrible customer service . That girl with the eyeliner you need to work on your customer service skills , dry just like the pizza . I want my money back! Here’s the picture of the supposedly pretzel crust I received. I live super far so going back is pointless . Called and they said to take the nasty pizza back the next day which I will. I want my whole purchase refunded .
