Stop going to this store, yesterday around 4pm I went to get a pretzel pepperoni pizza and 3 pizzas in and the other half, the dough looked like as if it wasnāt cooked properly, AND THERE WAS A ripped PIECE OF BROWN PAPER, (not the napkins but some cooking paper they had) or something that was inside my pizza that I bit into and it was a good 2 inch size , oh how I wish I couldāve taken a picture of it, but I was disgusted and threw it out, such a disappointment and this isnāt even the first time Iāve had a pizza that wasnāt even properly baked , canāt even get a decent pizza here from a hard days work in the heat. Next time Iām just reporting it because this is ridiculous

Ordered delivery and didnāt receive all my items. They refused to send out the missing items so I had to drive to the store to get them. I brought the items I did receive with me to the store to hopefully get fresh items (since the pizza would have been cold by the time I got back to the house) but they refused to replace them with fresh items. I asked for a refund for everything at that point which they gave me but Iām still out the delivery fees. It is what it is Iāll just be sticking with dominos next door from now on

Order your pizza before hand. False advertising on the hot and ready. I went on a Monday at 630pm and asked about the 3 meat pizza that states hot and ready between 4pm-8pm and the lady stated they donāt have it ready they sold the one pizza they make a time. She also did not let me finish my order she kept rushing like she didnāt want me to order. Next time Iāll just go to the edgemere location.

I can understand that places like these have alot of drive thru vehicles, but walking in and not even acknowledged its unaceptable. Waited for about 10 minutes,im not on their time so i left. no acknowledgement from present workers at all. Steped off to a different location that did assist me

Came at around 10:40 for two pizzas after work and they only had one. Kindly asked if they could make the other employee smuggly said they are already cleaning and everything was offā¦ I hope this gets to cooperate. Theyāre denying service well before closing time. Pizza was also cold idk if they shut the warmer off too. Absolutely terrible. I will never be back to Little Caesers went down to Dominoes next to it best decision I made better hours, friendlier staff, and for a dollar more you get way better quality pizza!!
50 minute wait for two pizzas. Employees seem to have the motor function of one of their breadsticks.

If you want paper thin pizzas and sub par smashed āpuffsā this is your place. š Gonna stick to dominos right next door plus they always offer napkins, crushed red pepper and Parmesan. This little ceasars has gotten pretty cheap and they donāt off anything anymore .

Called my order in two hours in advance just to find out it was never placed. So I put in a new order when I arrived and waited. When they called my name they had my order wrong and stated the person who took my order put the order in wrong so they'd have to remake one of the pizzas .... Proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for the order to be corrected. Not even a sorry or here's a free beverage while you wait for the inconvenience..... Very disappointing... Terrible service, not a place I'll be visiting or ordering from again.
