We received a pizza that was completely uncut! We’re cleaning out our old home before moving into our new one, and have no pizza cutter or knife. I called the customer service number from my email, and they can’t do anything but offer a refund. I don’t want a refund, I want a cut pizza! So I called the store and was on hold for ten minutes with no answer. Ended up running to a nearby store, buying a pizza cutter I didn’t need in order to be able to eat the subpar pizza. What kind of pizza place sends out a pizza completely uncut?? So weird.

Stop going to this store, yesterday around 4pm I went to get a pretzel pepperoni pizza and 3 pizzas in and the other half, the dough looked like as if it wasn’t cooked properly, AND THERE WAS A ripped PIECE OF BROWN PAPER, (not the napkins but some cooking paper they had) or something that was inside my pizza that I bit into and it was a good 2 inch size , oh how I wish I could’ve taken a picture of it, but I was disgusted and threw it out, such a disappointment and this isn’t even the first time I’ve had a pizza that wasn’t even properly baked , can’t even get a decent pizza here from a hard days work in the heat. Next time I’m just reporting it because this is ridiculous

Ordered delivery and didn’t receive all my items. They refused to send out the missing items so I had to drive to the store to get them. I brought the items I did receive with me to the store to hopefully get fresh items (since the pizza would have been cold by the time I got back to the house) but they refused to replace them with fresh items. I asked for a refund for everything at that point which they gave me but I’m still out the delivery fees. It is what it is I’ll just be sticking with dominos next door from now on

Order your pizza before hand. False advertising on the hot and ready. I went on a Monday at 630pm and asked about the 3 meat pizza that states hot and ready between 4pm-8pm and the lady stated they don’t have it ready they sold the one pizza they make a time. She also did not let me finish my order she kept rushing like she didn’t want me to order. Next time I’ll just go to the edgemere location.
I can understand that places like these have alot of drive thru vehicles, but walking in and not even acknowledged its unaceptable. Waited for about 10 minutes,im not on their time so i left. no acknowledgement from present workers at all. Steped off to a different location that did assist me

Came at around 10:40 for two pizzas after work and they only had one. Kindly asked if they could make the other employee smuggly said they are already cleaning and everything was off… I hope this gets to cooperate. They’re denying service well before closing time. Pizza was also cold idk if they shut the warmer off too. Absolutely terrible. I will never be back to Little Caesers went down to Dominoes next to it best decision I made better hours, friendlier staff, and for a dollar more you get way better quality pizza!!
