Went to pickup an online order and asked if I could use the restroom and the employee said they do not have public restroom on top of this i had to wait long time for the order, and to top it off they had the music super loud almost like it was a club. For sure there is room for improvement at this location.

Well just spoke to Albert...picked up pretzel pizza It's uncooked on Bottom! Salt no where on crust just in box!! Will request refund tomorrow no consideration for inconvenience and I am out of Dinner...can't eat it its raw dough chewy. CALLED general manager Juana Carbajal was Rude and unprofessional told me to talk to district manager Mr Lozano but he didn't respond. No customer care...Wow! 😢

I purchased a “pretzel crust” pizza and saw that it was NOT a pretzel crust pizza it’s literally a regular crust with salt put on it and the filling is the nacho cheese sauce with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. I tried to talk to the person who baked it and informed me that the crust isn’t a pretzel crust and that it only needed to be put in the oven longer for it to brown. No one has ever mentioned this before and I recall that the crust in the past was like a soft pretzel crust. I don’t like this version of it and I’m disappointed!

I got the most wonderful customer service from a young man named Albert. He made the pizza to perfection and the breadsticks came out golden brown! Just the way I liked it! Thank you so much for the exceptional service! And to the wonderful and welcoming environment

We are strictly vegetarian and have meat allergies. I ordered a thin crust without pepperoni. Instead Little Caesar’s got my order wrong and a pepperoni pizza thin crust was delivered to my door. Negligent customer service. UNACCEPTABLE!
