Usually go during my lunch break to try to get food but for some reason around noon on 3 different occasions I've walked in and it's just an empty building with a loaded fridge.No menus or graphics on the interior walls to give you an inclination of what selections the place offers.I tried going once in February and no one was there so I left. Again in April at a different time.Then once again today.They have a bell on the door- not sure what purpose it serves if one still has to wait upwards of 5 minutes to be acknowledged.I get it might be a family owned business, hence my several attempts to go, but they don't even have a sign when you walk in that tells you something like"Hey - I'm in a soundproof room behind this room please ring the bell etc"I know the obvious thing to do would be to call the place but - I mean if someone's going to your store in person I'd imagine those types of encounters would be welcomed and that one wouldn't have to add another unnecessary step just to be able to buy something.It's like "okay I just drove here on my break to get food and no ones even here."My guess is people just walk in, turn to the right, get the food with their name on it and go. But I mean if that's the case- why not just rent out a storage shed of sorts which doesn't employ any people and instead has lockbox?Reading other reviews it seems like it's one of those niche places where you probably have to know someone to get serviced3 times in person - haven't had a single person come to the desk when I walk in and it's disheartening and downright rude.

Terrible service. You ask what is the menu and the attitude with which the gentleman across the street serves you even makes you want to buy! I definitely prefer to pay a little more elsewhere and have a good deal! The place does not look clean at all, buy 4 meals, throw away 2 because Sabin is horrible (steak, chicken, shrimp) I do not recommend this place at all

Truly enjoy keto kitchen especially when I am on my low carb to no carb diet or cutting season. It makes things so much easier for me. They have different meals each week which gives me the choice of sticking to what I like or trying something new 5/5 definitely recommend.
