We normally go to the Festival and Mesa location, and now I know why. Why better service than we received at the Resler Redd location. We were craving it, and this location was closer to home. We had to ask for drink refills and chips and salas refill. No one ever checked to see if we were ok. Anything we needed we had to flag someone down for help.
