We had such an amazing experience at Logan’s Roadhouse, and I have to give a huge shoutout to our waiter, Ainsley. Her service was absolutely breathtaking. I honestly don’t know how she managed to take care of so many tables all by herself and still make us feel like we were her top priority. She was fast, attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our drinks were always full, the food came out great, and she kept checking in with a smile. It’s rare to see someone handle that much pressure with so much professionalism and kindness. Logan’s is lucky to have her. If you get Ainsley as your server, you’re in for an amazing experience! I review so many places over 114k views in every review

This place has unfortunately gone down hill. The service was terrible, no one greeted us and looked confused on why we were there. Our food came out cold and our waitress was no where to be found most of the time. After eating there we all felt sick like we have food poisoning. which makes things worse.. Never again 👎

HORRIBLE PLACE. went in around 7pm ish and it was somewhat dead. Not a lot of customers. Took about 5 mins till a server showed up to the front of the restaurant. Seated us and we waited for 30 MINS TO GET SERVICE. Two servers kept walking back and forth to 2 tables away from us (about 5 steps away from the table we were seated at). Tried to get their attention AND NOT ONCE DID THEY ACKNOWLEDGE US!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WALKED AND WILL NEVER WALK BACK IN AGAIN. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Our waitress was very friendly and checked upon us a few times. The food was very good. The grilled chicken was good, but there wasn’t much meat on it other than that everything else was good.

The food was excellent, but the service was terrible. It took forever to get waited once we got seated. The food did came out fast, but our waitress never came back to see if we needed anything . The restaurant was not busy at all. Staff was just standing around.

I have to say the food was good. The service was terrible . We sat there for 10mins before anyone came around. We got our drinks. Food came about 10 minutes later. Waitress never came back to see if we needed anything. We asked for more rolls, never got them. Waitress never came back until time for check. Service was very bad. The girls were all standing around talking, but not waiting on Us. There wasn't even that many people either. Which my question was, you're not busy why are you all standing around and not waiting on us..

Went there when it was barely opened for the day. It wasn’t even busy and I kept seeing orders being wrong. I got my steak the wrong temperature and one side was missing. The order took a while so I didn’t want to mention that one side was missing I didn’t want to wait longer for it. Another table next to us had their order wrong twice.

I ordered 2 dinners. I ordered a chicken cobb salad and a 12 oz rebeye steak. The salad was like like they went outside and pulled grass from the yard. Wrong dressing. The chicken was sll I eat of it. And the steak was cooked to long. This was the worse I have gotten and will not be back. O by the way they didn’t even send and utensils no napkins. What a shitty place.
