Waste of 15$ stopped by and put order in for caldo de camaron and it’s more like a caldo de sal super salty the bread was drenched in grease/butter will post picture of bread but caldo no lie I’ve had this soup from here before and never had it been this salty

This is by far the worst location I have ever visited.
I went in on Monday around 5:19 PM, sat down at a table, and waited patiently to be acknowledged. Nobody ever did.

A guy who worked there came out from the back, stood by the bar, and stayed glued to his phone. He didn’t say a word, didn’t even look our way—just ignored us completely. Then a woman came out from the back, walked straight through another door, and also didn’t acknowledge us at all. Not a glance, not a “hello,” absolutely nothing.

My friend even called out to the guy at the bar multiple times—he blatantly ignored us and stayed on his phone like we didn’t exist.

Honestly, this was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I strongly urge the owner to check the cameras from that evening and see firsthand how their staff treats paying customers—because it’s absolutely unacceptable.

I will never step foot in this location again, and I will definitely not be recommending it to anyone. Total disappointment.

I visited this restaurant because I had previously enjoyed their breaded fish, but this time was a major disappointment. The fish was clearly low quality—undercooked and lacking the freshness and flavor I had expected. When we asked about it, we were surprised to learn they use swai fish, which is known to be a cheaper and lower-grade option.

Despite the server's polite attempts to offer alternatives, it didn’t make up for the fact that we were being charged premium prices for a subpar product. For what they’re charging, I expected much better quality. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I’m unlikely to return unless the food quality improves significantly

I'm gonna give this place a 5!!! Food is always good as long as you avoid some of the seafood. I know how that sounds funny, but wait, lol. I have lived on the coast for four years, so I know not to order seafood in a desert. However, I do love the shrimp cocktails here they are bangin fire!! Service is on point. The wait staff is always asking if everything is OK. Alcohol prices are good. Get that big beer wink wink. The best banger is they offer a veterans discount! I got mad respect for businesses that do this. This is where I will take my family if I'm feeling lazy and don't want to cook.(im a chef as well). I dont care if the military discount is just off of my meal, it's good with me. Makes me feel special, special ed lol, The fact that this is a Mexican restaurant that offers a Veterans discount goes a long way for me... A must if you hit El Paso, Tx up! Thank you! I always order here.....

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the food at Colegas Edgemere. I ordered the Tacos Ensenada for $15, but when I got home, I found I had received only four shrimp, a small salad, and a scoop of mashed potatoes instead. I won't be returning to Los Colegas again. This experience has left me very disappointed.

Soy cliente voy seguido pero ayer fue mi último día. Llegamos, la mesera nos quería sentar en una mesa que estaba sucia, le dije que no y nos sentamos en otra pero nos trajo la salsa y las tostadas que estaban el mesa sucia!!! Obvio según yo las devolví ( a lo mejor nos trajo lo mismo) luego un perro! Paseando por todo el restaurante dejando todo los pelos por todos lados! Espantoso! Lo repito mi ultima vez en ese restaurante!!!

I ordered a seafood soup, honestly the quality has gone down. I have been a fan since I was a kid when I lived in Juarez. The food was really very poor quality.
