The service is almost always terrible. I'm just going out and today my waitress with Chinese hair was very friendly and attentive. Also the lady at the bakery is very friendly. My problem: first the tongue dish, it is not well done. It took time to cook. The potatoes with chorizo lacked salt and were very hard. Worst. They sat us in the large group area, there were 6 of us. On the bench when leaving, my mother moved to the side to leave. And he cut himself with a knife that was there with the blade facing up in his leg. When I went to tell the girls in front one said “oh ok” and the other short haired girl asked me “are you angry?” A more stupid and useless question does not exist, of course I am angry. It is unhygienic for this to happen as well as dangerous. I come to this establishment at least once a week and it seems like something is always wrong. Management has to do something about this because if this continues they will not be in business for long. The food was okay to pretty good. Service was spot on. The reason I don’t rate the food higher was because/c the eggs and beans were cold. The temperature IMO was below the food safety standards.

Service was slow, need more servers. WHEN finally served, brought chips and salsa. My little sister and I had green Chile and my niece had red Chile. Shocker----- caldo de res. Not expecting that at all. FOOD was awesome.

Once every day between four and eight colleagues of mine get together for breakfast decided to tie this restaurant. Immediately when they told us that they charge for their chips and salsa, we walked out every day. We choose a different Mexican restaurant and many times we return over and over to the same one and never have been charged for chips and salsa. For God sake, how much are we going to pay for each refill? And now looking at the reviews, glad we didn’t stay

very very disappointing time...the only good thing about the time there was the lady that took our names for the waiting list...25 min wait we finally got a table ..took about 15 min for a slow moving person which was young to get there and take our drink order...forgot the straws said he will be back which never happened we had to ask another server for them...we went through 3 tostada refills until someone decide to take our order...2 tables came after us which sat infront and one in the back and guess what they were eating 1st before us...that's ridiculous to top it off the food was not great..the milanesa breading had a weird old taste on it and the chilakile plates were a pool of green sauce ..all in all looking at it our plates didn't look like it took that long to get prepared for the whole time we spent there waiting and what made it worse the owner was at the bar seating next to what was happening ? it was also a hassle getting out they sure love to talk and be in their phones

Ok food if your expectations aren’t high, the food it’s eatable but in the large and greasy side… los Jarrones doesn’t strive for good looks or customer satisfaction. They juts sale Mexican plates and that’s it. Music is good and sometimes they have amazing musical shows. But that’s it so far, so next time please do not be surprised if you are next to the broom & duster… they just go anyway!
