I went to Love Buzz for a rock show. The staff was all friendly and the vibes were great. The sound is about what you'd expect for a small venue. It's a tight space, but perfect for an intimate show experience.
It a new location, had live music..foos truck was burnt an salty as hell..it was ok
Emo night on Wednesday is awesome.
I’ve been here twice, and enjoyed it both times :) my only suggestion would be if they were able to expand the inside venue…? I’m not sure how they’d do that, but I only say this because it’s soooo crowded. Outside is nice! I love the patio! And their quirky little vending machine back there in the corner. The bar staff are great, very friendly. The bathrooms are….awkwardly placed, and single stalls. At least for the women they are. But it wasn’t gross in there! So that’s a huge plus.
My second time was during Emo Night. And I LOVED it. All the throwbacks. Omg. Only way to make that experience better would be if I had a date—but that’s on me! Haha.
This place is pretty solid :) I’d go again.
Great food and the bone marrow is amazing. The Al Pastor is top notch on blue corn tortillas.
Very poor service
Always get amazing service! They have great specials and a great ambiance. There are frequent live shows but if that’s not your vibe they have an amazing patio. If you hang late, Valentine’s food truck has great food . An overall lovely experience. I always recommend this place!
Not the Love Buzz I loved and remember. Too trendy and no longer a dive. Still remnants of great times had, however the remodel has made it unappealing
Sorry Love Buzz, but this bar fell way short of my expectations and false reviews. I was looking for a new place to "check out" but this was not what I had in mind. Review claimed "live music " entertainment, this is what caught my attention. But as we entered the doors, we were the only ones in there (besides another couple) with no live music, no music whatsoever, adding to uncomfortable silence, no TV to watch the NFL games. Oh, it gets better, the beers & drinks were overrated (plus tax & gratuity fee schedule, plus service charge fee, if paying with card) and not at their coldest. Overall I would say, check it out for yourselves, as there are many bars in that area, kind of cool, to walk around and do some bar hoping, (reminds me of the good 'ol days of the Juarez Strip) and experiencing different vibes.
Drinks too pricey for what they’re worth, too crowded.
Restaurantji Recommends
Im from out of town and had heard good things about this place. However, had a very bad experience due to a female bartender with curly hair, glasses, nose ring, white skin. Without reason, was rude to anyone asking for drinks. A stranger and I exchanged looks after she raised her voice at both of us. She raised it at me when specifying the beer I wanted, and she raised it at him because he added something to his order he had forgotten. I understand she might have been frustrated due to the amount of people, but that is no excuse to treat anyone that way.
I refrained from saying anything to her to not take away from the experience that my friends wanted to have, but definitely DO NOT recommend this place.
Great place! Amazing staff, definitely a place to enjoy a drink
4 dollars for a 12oz Lone Star? Cmon Man what is this not Austin! ?
I dig this place but a people get heavy bladders y’all need to update that because in that room where the entrance to the women lady’s have been peeing and that’s disgusting……long lines to use the restrooms are no cool to the point that men’s restroom gets used but us halls that’s all I need to
