I’m a manger at a retail store, so I’m familiar with customer service as well as I expect AT LEAST some decent customer service. It was a gentleman that helped us, didn’t catch his name but he was rude. When we got there it looked like that food was sitting there for about 20 or 15minutes or so... so I asked him if we could get a fresh pasta. He rolled his eyes.. and gave us “fresh” pasta. When we sat down to eat.. it was cold... completely not acceptable for a $10 pasta. Unsatisfied, Do not recommend eating here at all. ? ?

The best ny pizza in all el paso , by far , thank you , I buy 2 pies just to bring home , keep up.the great pizza!!! Also so yall know , I only eat the pizza on the day the old man cooks , he's the beast with the skills for that perfect pizza, i don't remember his name , but he's the real deal with pizza !!!

Really good spot to get a bite to eat at the mall. They have a nice Italian presence and selection. Although I did not get their pizza i must say it looked really good. And at a fair price for a slice of pizza. I did have their spaghetti with meatball , which was good but I felt like the may have used a bit to much vegetable oil because I could taste it a lot, and for their pricing was a bit steep. Overall though not a bad place to eat.

Pizza and the other food is good. Calzones are amazing. My only issue is that the drinks are so expensive and you dont get refills if you dine in.

Customer service by a certain elderly individual was awful. Spaghettie was not good. Decent at best. They heated it with a microwave. Cannot recommend this place to anyone. Avoid!
Omg, I love the spinach, tomato and mushroom pizza, and the Mediterranean salad 😠always great, and friendly service!!!

Food was aceptable, too expensive 2 sodas, two spaghettis and 1 slide of pizza over 25 dollars, my wife can't eat this type of food so she went to chick fill A for a salad, and she return to eat with us and a employee with very bad attitude told my wife that she can't enter with food from other restaurant, we take less than two minutes discussing if we go to other table outside of the place and he come back telling that he going to call security of the mall, two minutes, by the way the restaurant was empty we were the only customers, THIS PLACE SUCKS THE ATTITUDE OF THIS EMPLOYEE IS THE WORST....... !!!!!
