I’ve been a Lucy’s customer since the 1980s. Their Machaca plate and the Tacos Antonia are my favorites.

The food was good, but the service was awful. We waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledged and get water, chips, and salsa, then another 5 to place our order. I considered leaving due to the lack of attention, but finding another breakfast spot while starving felt like more hassle.
Once the food arrived, the server never checked on us again.

Doesn't exist, gps leads you to a bar called King X and tells you to turn on a 'street' which is a tiny parking lot.
Fantastic breakfast!! The machaca breakfast is the best I've had in El Paso! Lunch is awesome, too. The service is just the best!

I ordered machaca breakfast. Was too hungry to take a picture. I made a burrito with my left overs and ate it the next day. It was fantastic. Had horchata w coffee. Hit the spot!

Food was delicious, ordered some tacos, enchiladas, and avocado club. Only wish there were more options for drinks.
We went to Lucy’s on the recommendation of it being a cool little dive bar that has great breakfast. It is definitely a cool little dive bar, although the breakfast was just OK. I ordered Lucy’s signature dish the Machaca and it was good, but not great and I probably wouldn’t order it again. The menudo was good too, although a little watery and they should bring cilantro. It did come with lime, onion, and dried oregano. The salsa and chips were really good. You definitely should not come here for the coffee. There are way better coffee places around. Lucy’s has a dive bar ambience with the front section for eating and then two doors that go into a bar section. We only went for breakfast, so I didn’t get to see the liveliness and atmosphere of the bar, but it is the definition of the dive bar. Seems like a great place to grab some cheap drink drinks, hang out with friends and watch the game. The service was ok and the cleanliness was mediocre.
Good little hole-in-the-wall, Mexican place. My breakfast was good, but it didn't knock my socks off. Coffee wasn't anything special.
