Dont go to this place! Thay had me waiting for over 20 minutes for my pizza when they told me it was already out of the oven. And then they notice they cada it sitting there for those 20 minutes!! Ofcourse my pizza cold already and they just told me, oh im sorry that that happened ma'm, and gave me my pizza that way And did not want to give me my money back. Incredible. NOT RECOMMENDED Plus! Very rude people. Not like they giving away the food. That why i always get everything to go , to not deal with bs.

Loved my experience at Marco’s Pizza! The Deluxe Pizza was flavorful with a fluffy-yet-toasty crust, not greasy or overly salty. The Philly Steak Bowl was a standout, tender, savory, and so tasty. Employees were super friendly, and it is now my perfect night take-home meal. Definitely coming back!

Marco's is my preferred pizza spot in Cimmaron. They have great specials if you order online and pick up in-person. I probably order pizza from here every two weeks or so. I had never came across any big problems except during Halloween. They had an INSANE amount of orders. I ordered my pizzas at 5:00 PM and it was not ready until 8:30 PM. It was not a big issue for me to come back for my pizzas since I live in the neighborhood but I came back a total of 3 times because the pizza was not ready. It was a major inconvenience since it interrupted my time trick-or-treating with my kids. Lesson learned, DO NOT ORDER MARCOS ON HALLOWEEN otherwise; I will continue to be a customer since I had no prior issues. A suggestion to the manager, maybe you can turn off your online ordering to catch up on your orders?

Ordered ahead through the app at 12:30 pm to pick up at 5:30 pm. App said pizza was ready at 5:45. Went over there and pizza was not ready. Cynthia the GM said the app is sometimes wrong. Couldn’t tell me a wait time and said she would call me.
Show up again at 7:30 pizza still isn’t ready and doesn’t know when it will be ready.
She said she would refund my money and that I need to go back in two to three business days and make sure it’s done.
Don’t come here. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Dion’s is across the street.
