If I could give it 0 stars I would. We ordered a pizza tipped the driver 6 bucks from the app. Fast forward 2 hours later we were wondering where the pizza was check outside and the pizza was on the ground outside on the porch cold and cheese ripped off half of the pizza. I'm not sure if the driver got hungry or if it left the store that way. Overall bad experience. I tried calling the store but since we waited 2 hours and the driver didn't ring the doorbell or let us know the food would be on the porch the store was closed. It sucks to spend almost 40 bucks on some pizza to get it cold, plus eatened/ made incorrectly. Probably will be my last time ordering unless I pick it up and can verify the order and that it's not delivered cold or eaten out of. Photo attached of the toppings eaten off the top of pizza.

We ordered pizza about a week ago and it took an hour and half to get the pizza to our home. When it got here the pizza was barely warm. The cheese was already hardened.Fast forward to today we decided to give the Marcos one last chance. Ordered on line and after over an hour waiting we called and we're told the pizza has not been made yet and would be an additional half hour or so to get the pizza. Asked for a refund which they provided but asked for receipt of refund and was told needed to come to the store for receipt. Soooooo they could not deliver a product and I have to just have faith they will refund money. I would not recommend Marcos. They have really been going down hill.

20$ plus tax for 1 pizza with little to no toppings whatsoever. Stick too pizza hut or Domino's for family pizza night. Inflation robbing everyone.

The pizzas are sooooo good.And the delivery guy was soo kind!Brought us the wrong order but quickly came back and gave us the right one. Wish I had cash to tip him but he was sweet!Thank you for good service

I went to go get a pizza and wings for the super bowl placed my order at 3:58pm and I was told that it will be ready in about 40 to 45 minutes I was not happy but I said ok so I placed the order and at 4:45 pm I asked where was my pizza I was told that it is next in line and will be another 25 minutes I was reluctant but I said ok now at 5pm I asked again and I was told that it will be another 25 minutes and they are getting ready to make my pizza so I just had it and asked for a refund I have wasted over an hour waiting for a pizza not to be made and they said it will take 3 to 5 days to get my refund back on my card, what a waste of time I wish I could waste marcos time and see how they feel about that, while I was there A lady was there before me she canceled her order because they forgot to make her order and I saw other people tell the cashier that they forgot to put on some toppings and other stuff. maybe if the owner was there making sure things ran properly this would not have happened maybe he was watching the super bowl? anyway, I had to go get my pizza and wings from another place and they were even better so I will be going there from now on and I got my food quick. I will never go back to marcos if I have to, I will go to the new place or travel to papa john on mesa. you had one job, and you could not even do that. I will make sure that this goes up to corporate.

Don’t choose curbside pickup even if it’s offered on the site, I was told they do not do it by the restaurant manager. Even though the app asks for your vehicle details and to choose curbside pick up and even notifying the store when I parked. I waited in my car for a good 15 minutes before going inside and being told they don’t do curbside pick up. After telling the manager he didn’t really seemed concerned or cared. Just do delivery or go inside and pick it up.

First and last time here. $20 bucks for a so so meat lovers pizza. Greek salad with no feta cheese. No thanks. Better options out there.

I placed my order on-line and received my pizza 2 hours later, but I'm great full that I received it. Unlike Pizza Hut, they delivered to the wrong house twice, and Manager Javier Martinez refuses to answer or return my calls, I still don't have a refund. Marcos driver apologized, I don't want anything free or discounts, I just wanted my pizza. Unlike Pizza Hut, even the Corporate office doesn't answer their calls. So sad!

I have order the Pepperoni Magnifico in the past, and it doesn’t look like this, they didn’t even bother to cut the pie. The bread was uneven, It was more like a deep dish. I do not recommend buying on this location since they don’t really care how the pizza come out.Was there on October 2023 and it will be the last time.

The pizza crust is especially delicious and they don't scrimp on the toppings. For the price, they are my favorite place to get pizza. Their online app is user friendly and the pizzas are ready quick.

Check your receipts against your bank account! These people are scammers! I was charged $8 more than my stated receipt yesterday and when I called to ask I decided to look at previous order as well. I was overcharged $2 last time. Turns out THE TIP AMOUNT WAS CHANGED! Both my email receipt and my paper receipt that was attached to the box reflected the correct 20% tip but I was charged a tip amount that was exactly $8 higher!

We used to love eating Marco's every time we would go to keg and Brew. But this last time we ordered, our portions were basically cut in half or more. I hope this is not a regular practice and just the kids being cheap and rude. We always order a meatball bake, which used to be up to the rim and this was a quarter of the size and my Greek chicken salad didn't even have as much lettuce... We don't know if we will ever order from here again, grove, sunny's and Toro will be a better pick now.
