Unacceptable how understaffed they are. These two poor girls were by themselves doing everything, they need more staff. Had to wait almost up to 30 minutes.

Spoke to Connor the manager on site I explained to him the situation with not applying coupons online and he said he could not help me. Proceeded to want to charge me more than what online price is stated was not willing to help said that just contact corporate.

Called 45 min before closing time listed on the website and Google maps. I asked to place am order for pick up. The employee at the desk said "not taking orders anymore " and hung up before I even asked if the hrs were right or had not been updated to try again tomorrow. Just hung up. Rude. Won't be trying this place again. Employees obv don't get paid enough to care, or trained properly by management- won't be supporting this business.

Don't get me wrong, Marco's pizzas and salads are both good. I only ordered a salad this time and the iceberg lettuce was not fresh like it usually is. I turned it over and this is what I saw.
UPDATE: After filling out the feedback form over a month ago, there has been no response.

Was excited to try this place out was one of the few places I had not tried yet that I had been looking forward to try. Called to place order over the phone. The guy who answered was not very helpful kinda sarcastic. Then I was told pizza would be ready in 10 to 15 min and it took 35 min had to wait 20 minutes after I arrived to get my order. I was hoping pizza was worth the wait but let me tell you it wasn't. I would rate Marcos pizza the worst pizza chain in town. Staff needs to be retrained and taught how to make a pizza properly. I've been getting pizza and wings from Marco's every Friday for years. I normally spend $30-$50 on my orders.Over the years that adds up to thousands of dollars. In the last 6 weeks service has taken a nose dive off the Grand canyon. From being out of menu items to getting other people's orders, items not having ingredients, now my order being 45 minutes late past pick up time. Unfortunately I will no longer be doing business with Marco's.

My husband and I discovered this place because we were looking for little Caesar’s in this area and couldn’t find it. So glad we came across it, REALLY good food, great price, and the staff is super informative and friendly. We’ve already purchased pizza from this location a few times since, and will keep coming back. :)

Pizza is always great, but when I ordered for delivery yesterday night I was called by store employee who informed me that there where 3 deliveries ahead of me and the driver would not make it to me prior to closing so they would have to cancel the order. So I then proceeded to ask if he can change the order so I can pick up instead which he did with attitude. When I got to the store at 1020pm it was completely closed lights off and everything (I thought they closed at 1100) with 2 employees waiting to hand me my order, mind you there were no other orders like they said there were. I’ve never had any issues with late night orders and delivery up until yesterday. I think they were just trying to leave early. I was also charged $5 more and had to go back to the store for a refund. How inconvenient.
