Ordered my pizza, Okay with it being thirty to forty minutes delivery time. I understand sometimes, the times go a little over but over an hour wait so I tried to call but only to get put on hold and forgotten about being on hold. After calling again, speaking with the manager, who seemed very unprofessional and again I understand being overloaded with orders in a place like that makes times longer, it's only frustrating to me when they seem unprofessional instead of understanding the customer. And to top it off they forgot some of my order. Hopefully next time is better because my kids love this pizza.

Great pizza, but they don't seem to understand the term pie-cut. EVERYTIME, I order a pizza pie-cut they will cut it square, seems to me this a waste of product, since they have to remake the pizza, they and always offer the square cut pizza for free, but I am not trying to get a free pizza and will always turn the free pizza down.

Placed an order for a couple large pizzas, sub, and a 2 liter. Imagine our surprise when we had 4 medium pizzas delivered. Obviously the drivers didn’t verify the orders they took. Marcos earns one star because it was easy to get a refund. Absolutely horrible customer service by the drivers. DO BETTER!

Moved to the area and this has become our new favorite spot for a delicious pizza.Management is beyond blessed to have Sophia. She is the young lady that assisted me today. She is a dedicated employee that was able to make the multitasking she was doing look like a breeze. Not sure what you are paying her but it’s not enough lol she has impeccable organizational skills and her customer service was outstanding.
Food is great.But why don't you guys ever answer phone? The website has issues and can't order online but I'm stuck over 15min just hearing music.i get that you guys can get busy but can't even answer and say give me more minutes while I finish with a customer or something? Are you guys purposely not answering ?
