Marco's Pizza

It was less than a 15 minute wait for two medium pizzas. Piping hot, cheesy and fresh. I recommend everyone to go there to eat. Best pizza.

Hector helped me with my order and he was one of the most respectful young men I have ever met, on top of that my pizza was amazing.

Up until today Marco's was a go-to place for pizza takeout. I ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza ... took it home and NO MUSHROOMS! I called immediately and they wanted me to bring it back. I said no and I got the manager to just add the ingredient next time I order. After I hung up I tried the pepperoni pizza. Now I'm really unhappy because it was way below even the average grade for Marco's. I will go back and try one more time to get that ingredient and see what the pizza looks like before I take it home. Looks like Peter Piper is going to be the best choice for pizza in NE El Paso from now on.

This place does not honor their online ordering times. Placed an order through DoorDash, Marco's Pizza accepted the order and took my payment, then told the Dasher that they're going to close by the time they get there.

So don't take the payment then? Don't accept orders if you're going to refuse to make it immediately after? This isn't a difficult concept, but a scummy practice.

Here's the warning to anyone reading, because it turns out they can ruin their service without you even stepping into the building.

It’s not the best and it’s not the worst. The chicken wings were a bit soggy and could have been fried longer. The pizza didn’t stand out to us, just a regular typical pizza.
