Waited more than 30 minutes to get service. Saw several hygiene concerns. Asked for my food to go. So much for my 1st visit...not a good impression.

Heard from a neighbor that this was the local eatery. 1:15 in the afternoon and still pretty crowded. Authentic Mexican Cuisine in which the lingua Franca is decidedly Mexicana, reminiscent of restaurants in Juarez. Somewhat on the basic side, in that you have to get in line and pay your bill when you're done., and they don't serve water with your beverage, the thought I'm guessing is that everybody must order a menu beverage, and then there is the powdered creamer that you put in your coffee, in lieu of half and half or real cream for coffee and tea. I guess these economical shortcuts leaves the owner with Surplus money with which to supplement his overwhelming Cowboy memorabilia collection filling up every conceivable space on several of the restaurant walls. It smacks of authenticity, and local El pasoans beat a path to its door so not a gourmet experience by any stretch, yet very authentic offerings.
Terrible customer service. I went three times and all three times I was sitting for 30 minutes even before I got the menu from the waitress. They just walk by and walk by didn't even welcome or anything. I'm never going back to that place.
I choose to eat there, only the best for me.
