Well... it's me again, in this case since I'm Mexican I need to give my opinion on this MRD.I went last December because I went shopping and my parents and I stopped to eat here because we were already very hungry, the fresh waters were good, just a little tasteless, I ordered a GREEN CHILE DONKEY, it should be noted that we Mexicans We would remove the veins, the seeds or both, but the gringo gave me the donkey WITH THE CHILE AND ALL ITS PARTS COOKED AND SLICED ON THE DONKEY, not a single vein or seed was removed, it was literally whole, I ate the rice and the beans that were included and nothing to fault. I arrived at CD. Juárez back and I went to a similar one and there they detected INFLAMMATION IN THE COLON.THIS RESTAURANT IS VERY HORRIBLE, I PREFER TO GO TO GOLDEN CORRAL BY LEE TREVINO DR. WHAT .. HERE.

The food is pricey. Their "make it a supreme" will add guacamole, cheese, and sour cream to your order of tacos for an additional $3.00 per plate. Well they sprinkle a little cheese, watered down sour cream, and watered down crème de guacamole NOT guacamole for additional $3.00 NOT WORTH IT!

I called after I got out of my appointment to order take out and was put on hold. Took me ten minutes to drive to the place while the entire time was still on hold. I get there and she totally forgot she had me on hold. Then when i had ordered the special of the day, I already knew how much it was gonna come out to, yet she had the audacity to say “I’ll give you a discount since I put you on hold” when it was only .80 cents of a discount. Can’t believe this. So disappointed.

Never fails that when we order a gallon of agua and place the order beforehand they NEVER have it ready at the restaurant. Today, not only did they not have it ready but they had no sugar to prepare it so we waited over 30 minutes for them to go to Walmart while they got the sugar. Not sure why the employees accept orders over the phone but are unaware that they don’t have the ingredients to fulfill those orders.

Matteo’s is a disappointment. The food is very dry and disgusting and not authentic, when I went with my family we found hair in our food and it is extremely overpriced for items that aren’t even worth it. very disgusting, never returning. We were more impressed by the commercial than the actual food itself.

Came here by recommendation and when I saw the reviews I was skeptical. From my personal experience don’t always believe what you read. This place was amazing. GREAT customer service. The menu options are endless different plates and the employees were more than willing to give opinions and recommendations. Also was unsure on which Agua Fresca to choose from and they allow you to sample them all. Once my food came out is was definitely a generous serving and to top it off amazing flavor to it all. Even better than how they back it back home in Mexico nowadays. Last but not least I want to give an extra thank you to Johnny, Savanna and Mayte (apologies if I spelt that wrong) for making my first experience here a great one!!
Love their green enchiladas, the red are a little too spicy for my taste. I have no tried anything else since I’m hooked on the green enchiladas. I usually take out and have not eaten at their facility.

Tried this place for the first time and the service was awful. We ordered 2 things while having to wait 40 minutes for food. Their excuse was that the system kept going down. But not only did they tell us that, but they told 3 other people the same thing when they were waiting for a very long time for their order too. I’m guessing that’s what they’re told to say when they forget to do the order.
