I wish I could actually be reading their food but unfortunately both the times we've tried to come here it was closed. The first time we tried to come here they were closed and had a sign that said open Friday Saturday and Sunday well today is Sunday we decided to try and come within their listed business hours and after driving for 25 minutes we found out upon our arrival that they were not open even though their sign says they're open Friday Saturday and Sunday and the website and their store hours are all listed as being open.Personally I would advise no one to waste their fuel trying to go here because this place is apparently they're closed for Good or just never open when they say they're going to be.

Based on the hype we came here for dinner. Big disappointment :( Got the J Town burger based on the waitresses recommendation.Doubtful that the burger patty is 100 % beef. Reminds me of the cheap beef/soy burgers you get from the school cafeteria or a gas station burger. Everything was soggy, greasy, and falling apart.Burger was missing cheese and kitchen had attitude (could clearly be heard cussing) about their mistake. All in all burger was tasteless and not at all what all the hype made it out to be.

Came in to place an order. Never been here before so it took a minute to read over the menu. I ended up ordering a kids burger for my baby and the alambre plate for me. Place is fairly small it's located in an outdoor strip like mall. You walk up to the counter and place our order. My burger and steak took about 15 minutes to prepare so I just sat at one of the tables. The staff was pretty friendly. Not that long of an interaction to know for sure but my brief encounter was pleasant enough. They do offer a 10% military discount as well as teachers, first responders etc. All in all I spent about $13 NOT BAD AT ALL. I wasn't the biggest fan of the fries. They should have been fried crispier in my opinion. The burger was ok, the bread was way thicker than the burger patty was good high made the entire thing extremely dry. Seems like a double patty would have been just enough meat but I, of course didn't know the patty would be so thin. The alambre was actually pretty good. Nice portion enough tortillas (6 small) and most importantly not dry lol. Will come back to try again

My wife and I started off with the dorinachos and fiesta shrimp snack and washed it all down with a horchata. Then she had the carne asada tacos and I had the Maven burger. Everything was delicious! The customer service was also great! Definitely going back!
The food maybe good but the customer service is very poor. I ordered online and was charged but the order never was placed. I called several times and no one answered the phone. Not happy at all.

The burgers are really good here. My favorite though is the chicken sandwich. The original. The chicken sandwich and the fries are amazing. The service is also very friendly.

We came to El Paso to visit family and ate here only once but every time we come back we will definitely come here. I had the asada burger and my wife had the asada tacos. Both were perfect! The Maven sauce on the burger is fantastic and you get so much food especially for the price. Eat here and you will be happy you did.

The food here is AMAZING!! I’ve been a real times and never have had a bleh meal. The food brought out looks like magazine worthy every time too. You can tell some foodies own this place for sure. Prices are great also. Everything is so tasty. I highly recommend. The cucumber mint & lime water is also super yummy!
