I am a frequent customer and the Zaragoza location is absolute awful. It is the closest location to me and the last few times my husband or I have ordered it is the most skimpy pathetic sandwich someone can make. When charging $18 for this plain croissant and a bag of Cheetos is absurd. $3 for avocado? What avocado? What chicken? One time occurrence? Ok.. twice.. what’s going on? Three times this is a hate crime. I’ve been a customer for years so I know what the standard should be. This is a robbery. I will no longer be literally WASTING my money here. And they NEVER give pickles anymore even when requested.

If you order for delivery or pick up they know you can’t complain about how they make the food until you open it at home so they ALWAYS make it horrible. You have to be there and eat there to make sure they make it right, they have to be treated as if they were children that need to be watched. For the price of the food it’s not worth it.

Food was great, service not so much. An employee dropped off the food at my table I said thank you and she just starred at me and walked away, I said thank you again. It’s rude, doesn’t cost too much to be nice and say you’re welcome otherwise stay home if you don’t want to work! I was feeling weak yet I said thank you appreciating her service.

I love this place. I try to eat here once a week if I can help it. I've been eating here for the better part of 2 years and I have yet to be disappointed in an order. The people are friendly, the food is great and the location is a bonus. I would have taken a picture of my food for everyone but I ate it already.

Wanted to try this restaurant for the first time , walked in and there was only one table seated , waited 10 minutes for the cashier to notice I was standing there to place my order , she took my order and didn’t know her menu , kept leaving me to go look up at the signs for ingredients, when food finally came out it was missing my chips which I asked her for 3 times , she also forgot my beverage, no big deal but then I got my salad and lettuce was super old and slimy, and to top it off the turkey in my sandwich was no good either , will most definitely not be back at all , worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere !

Was excited about trying this place for the first time staff was very friendly and customer service was great only complaint is on the sandwiches we order the micalister club witch had maybe 2 small pieces of bacon and my son got the chicken club witch had very little chicken my daughters baked potato had 1 piece of bacon then we ordered the chicken bacon ranch spud and that had no bacon at all maybe they're running low on meat and bacon. I paid so I was expecting bacon. Also we got a club which should have been decent size it was the smallest club I've ever had. Any club sandwich is usually my go too this had smaller meat portions then any other I've had.

This was my first time here and I was extremely disappointed, the price of everything for the quantity of food you receive is criminal. I do not believe the two small sandwiches we purchased were with the price, you’re better off going literally anywhere else. Aside from the portion size the food was good and the staff was very kind. We had come here at around 3 and the entire restaurant was empty so there was plenty of seating. We ordered our food to go and it was nicely packed. Overall 3/5 stars because it is way too expensive, I understand inflation is happening right now but trust me and save your money
