Terrible service I did an online order three hours ahead and waited in a line for 35 minutes and they said my order wasn’t in the system even when I had my order number and confirmation. I asked a person in line if they had my order as the app says there’s a designated line for pickups and the girl sad she’d check and never did.

Just received my meal via delivery. My lemonade arrived with a dead fruit fly floating in the ice. The bread was very soggy (maybe it should have been toasted before) and we did not receive our pickle spears. We tried to call and receive a voicemail recording. This was our FIRST experience.

Our sandwich, and spud was amazing, if only the soup was just as good. However with the great customer service of Nayeli it made all the difference. I do apologize if the spelling of the shift leaders name was inaccurate. But she did keep a positive and respectful tone. If this location wasn’t so far away, I’d go back and give them another shot. Great work Nayeli!
Of all places, my granddaughter chose McAlister’s to celebrate her 5th birthday. We arranged four tables (end to end) to accommodate our family. Our selections were brought out quickly without any issues. Service was great, the food was delicious. The employee who took care of us told me that she has been working at McAlisters for only four days. I let her know that she excelled in her service. We shall return!! On a sad note, I would like to report that every visit we make at this particular location, we can never order the baked potato. On one past visit, an employee informed me that “they never have baked potatoes” 😟. I highly recommend a review of the ordering process at this location.

We had the Choose 2 meal and I picked the Italian sandwich with the Savannah Salad and the wife had the BBQ Crunch Chicken Sandwich with the Savannah Salad and some Iced Tea that is always refreshing especially if it’s 98 degrees outside. Everything was fresh and the sandwich’s were delicious. We will be back again.

First time here. The broccoli cheddar soup was delicious . I also ordered the peach mango tea, that was way tooooo sweet, I had to weater it down with a large cup of water for it to be drinkable .
