I like the food ..my favorite is the mcdouble..but it takes forever to place the order. There's no good customer service at night

I visited this location and was completely ignored at the drive-thru window, despite knocking for several minutes. When I called the store for assistance, the female employee who answered was also rude.
I would have appreciated a simple explanation or acknowledgment instead of being made to feel like we were an inconvenience. The store still had two hours until closing and there were no other customers present. We ultimately chose not to order, as we did not want to deal with the unprofessional attitude.

The hottest fries I’ve ever gotten from McDonald’s. I’m a fry guy so this was clutch. 5 stars by far!

Very slow service, they gave me an incomplete order and it took them more than half an hour to give me what was missing.

Fries were cold and hard and nuggets were cold and like eating rubber my burger was completely wrong and I couldn't even eat it have allergies. Not happy at all, sad meal.

I stopped in this afternoon for a quick bite on my way to my volunteer job. Dropped my bag and hat at a table. The security guard followed me in. All the order kiosks were offline. I walked around to check them all then went to retrieve my stuff. He stops me and says, “You getting food or not?”
“All the pos’s are closed”
He looks at them, confused. “Oh, well . . . You can order at the counter” As I’m gathering my stuff to leave cause I didn’t have time
Really? He just followed me inside to harass me?
ordered food for my son, paid for it because he is about to work a 12 hour shift and they could not give him the food I ALREADY PAID FOR. This has to be the worst display of bad service and badly trained employees and poor management. Called the restaurant and was hung up twice, in the terms and conditions it does not state that the phone has to be present. TRAIN YOUR MANAGERS AND STAFF TO DO THEIR JOB PLEASE.
