Visited this McDonald’s on April 16th, 2025 around 9:55 AM and placed an order for a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel (Menu #8). Despite clearly requesting the correct item, I was given a Sausage Egg McMuffin instead (as shown in the photos).
This was not just a small mix-up—this was completely the wrong item and not what I paid for. The sandwich I received was also messily prepared, with sauce spilling out and overall looking rushed and careless.
When ordering from a well-known chain like McDonald’s, there’s a certain standard and expectation of accuracy, especially when ordering directly by the menu number. This experience left me disappointed, especially during a busy morning when I didn’t have time to go back and fix the issue.
Please improve attention to detail at the counter and ensure staff confirm orders properly before handing them out. Customers deserve to receive what they actually ordered.

The service of this location is super bad and staff rude to a customer. I just ask for 1 more spicy buffalo sauce the young lady gave a rude attitude to me. I’ll never coming back to this location And will never recommending my family and my friends come to this location

If I could do zero stars I would do it.
Fries and chicken nuggets were burnt, chicken spicy sandwiches were squished and to add insult to injury I was shorted 1 spicy chicken sandwich. Waited over 30 minutes for our order. Id like to at least get a refund for the sandwich I was shorted.

The wait times at this McDonald’s are ridiculously long even when you order ahead of time, management has absolutely no control of employee efficiency and time management. Facility does not get cleaned frequently and 90% of the employees here only speak Spanish!!!!

I worked at McDonalds in High School. It’s a shadow of what it used to be. And now to make it that much more undesirable, I’m unable to order with a human being. Even though two employees were just standing around, I was referred to the kiosk. It was occupied by two old ladies who couldn’t figure it out. After I ordered for them, I finally ordered my own coffee; after navigating five or six screens (ridiculous). It was then prepared incorrectly and not served at my table like the kiosk said.
Maybe we SHOULD automate the entire restaurant at this point.

Cytalil is the managers name. Shell make shakes and drinks before finishing taking orders. I don’t understand why she can’t do that after finishing taking orders. Also she has employees standing waiting for orders because they’re no orders in the screen. I’m sure that’s not proper procedure during a tandem.

The coffee tastes like a cat ?? I order it twice and I don't know if the person who prepares it has cats but it smells and tastes like a cat ??? they have to wash the machine and not prepare it themselves

Vegetarian options: Literally no vegan or vegetarian options. If you are vegetarian, you can get a salad or a cheeseburger ordered without the meat. Did not eat the fries because they fry them in the same oil as the meats.
