The general manager here mustang have never been given any customer service training the person who hired her should be fired for poor decision making she had a nasty attitude when giving me my order only cause I asked what was the point of doing table service if she isn't gonna actually take the time to do it and she said and I quote " it's just a feature I don't have to take ur food to u even if u order it that way then proceded to give me an ugly look when I asked her if she was the gm

Customer Service was less desirable!! David insisted on speaking Spanish to me and was Very Rude and didn't know the menu very well in English. Told customers after I left that I was lucky he was at work. He didn't try to deescalate the situation. I also tried the corporate office and they didn't try to offer some kind of apology or a return call offering an explanation!!!
