We got Santa pictures done at Cielo Vista today. It is a Sunday, so there were only two families ahead of us in line. There was only one photographer and no one to help her, so she had to shake a rattle to try to get my baby’s attention (which did not work well). We took a second shot with my mom and sister joined in. They showed us the photos on the screen before they sent them to print. They print them whether you buy them or not which is such a HUGE WASTE! I’m sure the prices would be much more affordable if they weren’t wasting all the ink and paper to print all of everyone’s photos. For 4 5x7s, 2 4x6s, and 4 2x3s all with holiday borders and the digital downloads, we paid $64.95. They were rushing us at the counter. They didn’t give us any options or packages. They just shoved all the photos at us and said all of this is $59.99. If you go take photos, be prepared to spend an absurd amount of money for a rushed, impersonal experience.

This review is specifically for a store at the Simon Mall in El Paso, Texas called Adore Cosmetics. This place SCAMMED and overcharged my friend several hundred dollars for an $80 makeup product. Peter, the co-owner/person responsible for this theft promised to refund my friend for his "mistake" to get her to leave the store and then him and the general manager eventually refused to uphold their own refund policy by arguing it was her fault for leaving the store with the products even though that's what they made her do. don't waste your time or money here. this place is breaking several laws and getting away with it. Hopefully Simon Mall comes to their senses and gets this place out of their mall and out of El Paso for good. until then, we will have to take our shopping elsewhere. there are so many reviews of other people getting scammed at Adore Cosmetics and nothing has been done to stop them. my friend has tried reaching out to Simon Mall about this and they have ignored her.

12/28/2024 teens closed up at 7:30pm, and told tons of ppl the kitchen is close and only served fries and fountain drinks.

2:30 p.m./ Monday 11th. Cashier friendly and attentive . Huge sign in front of restaurant advertising McRib. : "It's back"It isn't , they don't have any at this location .Sign at front needs to be reversed advertising something else . Bate and switch . Disappointed .

You have a rude shift leader, working their name, Paulina she was very nasty to me when I informed her that I had been waiting for my small order for about 9 minutes I let her no that I been standing here waiting and watching the staff play with each other and socializing and not working on the customer order for some time now I asked her where my food order and she look ate me rolled her eyes and said to me they are not playing there working like I’m lying. I’m looking directly at the staff myself. Don’t do business here very racist

I ordered a 20pc nugget combo, every McDonald's I go to they always charge around $11-$13 for this combo. This one however the manager who was cashiering at the moment told me "they don't have the combo" and told me their soda machine doesnt work. Got charged $15!!! (This was the exact same meal but without a cup, he implied it was more expensive cause apparently their "location doesn't provide the combo") I didn't complain and ignored it. Until while I waited I saw everyone else receive cups and you can already guess --used the soda machine.I was agitated already so I respectfully addressed the situation back at him and still didn't care; wouldn't hand me a cup. I WAS OVERCHARGED AND LIED TO. Fortunately one of the employees handed me a cup quick and I thank those workers. However this manager needs to be inspected because that was mistreatment and very unprofessional ?? You ever see a 5'10 light skin guy with glasses in this McDonald's. Avoid it, guys a no-low?

Terrible service they were so rude never come to location! Before I walked in they laughed to me completely starting and pointing at me then I ordered my food with a promo the girl didn’t understand for reference the promo was a buy one get one free for 6 pc chicken nuggets or a burger I told her I had a promo and ordered a 6 pc I wasn’t being rude at all very patient with everything as I was getting my food I told her have a nice day then she preceded to say bye sir very loudly as there was no men or anyone getting food at the same time as me they proceeded to laugh as I walked off and sat the the table and the manger did absolutely nothing the food was also cold and stale never coming back here

We like to take our daughter to play at the play place but it’s disgusting. I don’t think they even clean it or at least disinfect it. The seats always have crumbs or dirt. The carpet dont look like they have been vacuum because there is crap all over the floor and we got here after opening. If it looks like this at opening it’s even worse when you come at closing. Cielo vista mall you need to do better. The bathrooms are worse, always stink and are nasty.

3 cashiers . one being trained and the other 2 women “supervised “ what ever they are .. extremely rude and disrespectful. Accused a lady that was before me of not paying for a cup for a drink . The customer finally told her I’ll pay for it again if you have a problem . Customer service at its worse . Who ever the owner is needs to train them . Will not ever step foot in that Mc Donald .
