40 minutes to give me my mobile order, I had to came out of my car and go to the store and ask for my order, when I ask, they told me that they were about to make it, that took 10 more minutes, then, when I got home I saw that my burger didn’t had bacon, no napkins, no straws. And to make it worst, they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or something!

The food is excellent as every other McDonald's, but the customer service is terrible, workers won't even say hello or thank you, I understand people have bad days but that's not excuse is your working for customer service, there is a couple of decent people but most of them are rude, one of them even rolled his eyes at me because I asked for a 2 items order that took more than 20 mins, I dont really think I want to go back to that McDonald's...

Door says open at 5am, showed up at 630 after ordering on the app to find the doors locked. Drive through was blocked off but workers were inside. Was told the manager wasn't there and nobody knew where they were. If the store was closed, I shouldn't have been able to place an order through the app. They did bring my order to the door, but the drinks weren't right.

On July 24th I went in with my 2 year old granddaughter , she needed to use the restroom as she’s currently training to use the potty, I asked for the code they said NO I had to Order first.😯 I understand the code is for safety and clean restrooms Thats great! I was told to get in line behind almost 5 people thats still needed to order!! She could’ve had an accident in the lobby. I asked again kindly MENTIONING I would order as soon as the baby used the restroom, I was denied once again. 😔I am an almost daily client! Another thing I’m constantly asked to round off my cents to the Ronald McDonald’s which I do, I’m pretty sure McDonald’s corporate office wouldn’t approve of this.
Im sorry BUT NO WE BEEN GOING FOR THE PAST 2 weeks to get food there we live close by and everytime we go they make us wait 30 min or more when they tell us its only a 5 min wait ! & on top of the that going rhru the drive thru there is the worst they TAKE FOREVER AND NEVER get the order right . Tryed calling to talk to manager cause its been happening alot lately NOBODY ANSWERES ! 0 stars !

Too many cockroaches all over the outside of the building going everywhere as you set outside to go to your vehicle. I don't want to imagine the infestation that goes on when McDonald's closes for a few hours and the lights go off. Yuck. I've never been to a food establishment with this kind of infestation. I don't understand why McDonald's can't get control of this. It's very disgusting. I've decided not to go there anymore because this grosses me out.
