Took 10min for my drink refill,seems This location only cares about drive through.

I’m disappointed with my experience at this location. I placed a mobile order because the Grinch socks were shown as available and drove over 30 minutes to get there. After receiving my food, I was told they were actually out of the socks and could only offer a drink or fries instead.
Other McDonald’s locations don’t even allow this item to be ordered anymore, yet this location still does. Staff said they weren’t sure why it was showing in the system.
They also couldn’t process a refund because I didn’t have my card on hand, even though the order was placed through the app.
On top of that, the food quality was poor. Cold, soggy fries and a watered-down drink. Overall, inaccurate mobile ordering, no proper resolution, and subpar food.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru for three McChickens at the #1 window, and they never gave me my order. Meanwhile, all the cars behind me were getting their orders without waiting. I went inside and they told me it was “on the way.” I waited another 5 minutes and still nothing, so I left. Awful service.

Place is gross .No one cleaning tables and trash can filled up . 12/6/2025 10:18 my order was placed . Did not receive my food till about 10:45 both morning manager are women with an angry attitude . Workers were skipping orders. I had to go ask for my food about 3 times before they could give it to me. Manager worried more about drive thru time than dine in . PLACE NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!

Horrible customer service, no one was at the front counter. Customers started leaving because no one attended and food took over 20 minutes to come out. Really bad experience please do not dine in here

With a line of about ten people at the counter, personnel did not show their face, pretended not to hear the calls from the customer, with a couple simply saying “be with you shortly” while walking by without even an eye contact acknowledgement. The customer service here is atrocious. Staff remained huddled in the back. The employees that eventually showed up after a very long wait, were rude and obnoxious. I’m surprised more of us didn’t walk out. Even drive thru people were entering the building complaining of the wait. The wait for the food is another story. Management needs to be retrained.

These jokers have the nerve to write on the door dash order the time the food was ready but yet there is no one there to give you the order. Don’t mess with my career Ronald ! I take getting ppl their food warm seriously and Ronald McDonald wants to take that away , especially this location how do you write the time it’s ready and you not there to give the food? No mames McDonald

I paid about $11 for a steak breakfast bagel didn’t even come with the steak. All I got what egg and bacon What’s the point of purchasing something if I’m not gonna get what I paid for….. what a waste of money
The worst food I don't know what type of disgusting manger they have because its so dirty, the food is horrible, and a horrible attitude.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's in El Paso. Awful, slow service, filthy tables, dirty floors. Even when it's empty, it can take up to 20 minutes for my order to be ready. The food is the only thing that I have no qualms about.
