Ever since their renovation the service is extremely slow.
Pretty sad when a friend tells you that while the time she was at this #McDonalds 7900 N Mesa St, El Paso, TX 79932, not once did anyone come out from behind the counter/kitchen area to clean the tables in the dining/lobby area. She was there for quite a while, and she said it had gotten busy.
EDIT****I'm adding this to my review from TWO months ago.
I ordered a large coffee off of the McD app and there is an option to have them bring the coffee to you at the table & you even give the table number.
This manager working this morning called out my name. I told here she was to bring it to me, she complained that she was short on people & she brought it to me. This location & this particular manager tells you to use the kiosk and won't take your order at the counter. The service has not changed at all...I still give ZERO stars, but will leave it one.
BTW, My coffee cup had grounds in it. You are supposed to drink coffee, not eat it.

They started doing this thing where they don't fill your your fries all the way up almost like someone took a handful of fries out of your bag. Service is pretty bad food always takes super long to come out and when they miss they either don't give you what you ordered or are missing something they immediately get defensive and you feel like you did something bad. It's unfortunate especially when you wait for as long as they make you wait in the parking spots numbered 1-5.

I will add to the one star reviews. I would rate zero stars if I could. I’ve been here several times since the big renovation and I’m not sure why they bothered to renovate. They’ve taken whatever life there was in be restaurant and ripped it out. Ordering is by kiosk and everything seems very stale, like something you see in a science fiction movie. There’s rarely anyone at the counter. It took 14 minutes to get my simple double cheeseburger and it was lukewarm. If it had been cold I would have sent it back but it was warm enough to eat. I had no idea who long it would take them to heat it up so I just ate it. It was a below average burger even for McDonald’s standards. And I noted there is no longer a play area. I don’t have kids but many people do and I don’t see the point of taking away one of the main draws of McDonalds. It sure isn’t the food. The other McDonalds on Mesa and Balboa was recently renovated and if it’s like this one, I guess it’s Burger King (across the street) from now on.

Didn't think this location could get worse but their recent remodel takes the cake officially a one star 20 mins at a fast food restaurant to get food and 10 mins before I ever saw a person
Horrible service inside you u have to use the kiosk to order them u have to wait a super long time to even get your order no employees are visible u just sit and wait this is horrible never seen a McDonald’s like this
Restaurantji Recommends
Not fast at all, it took them more than 25 min to hand me my order (3 burgers, a basket of fries, and 4 beverages). The burgers were absolutely cold, the place was dirty, no napkins, no mayo, no ketchup, no sauce... I don't think I'll ever go back.

This McDonald’s is a disappointment!!! After just being remodeled, it’s so dirty. The bathroom smells so bad, no toilet paper in the stalls, hand dryer out of service. Then after ordering, it took an eternity for the food to come out. No napkins were given in our bag, and they do not have any in the lobby of the restaurant. And when you go to the counter to ask, no staff is visible. By the time someone notices you and hands you some napkins, your food is cold. Never coming here again, do better McDonald’s!!!
